One cup with Oda Nobunaga label (I guessed it was Nobunaga from the way he is drinking sake while wearing only his kimono and standing on a gourd.) Oda in Omi? No way, is it Akechi? But personally, I like Nagamasa Asai. There are many other splendid members such as Hashiba of Nagahama, Ii of Hikone, Akechi of Sakamoto, Ishida of Sawayama, and so on. Omi Province is amazing!

Local Sake from Senshu The name is derived from Utagawa Kuniyoshi's "The Cat That Couldn't Be Made". The blurred expression on the wrapping paper is a nice touch. Various other topknot people are also depicted on the wrapping paper, making it fun to look at. Unlike the easy-to-drink type, it comes on strong afterwards. It has a strong taste like danjiri.

Omi Province:Yasucho Asahina (Lord of Kakegawa Castle) Tokugawa-sama's knee-jerk reaction (but the representative general is a vassal of the Imagawa family) At a local tavern As the poster in the bar says, it is easy to drink. It goes well with grilled and fried foods.

Komono Fuji Ise Province: Hijikata Yu (first lord of the Komono Clan) Rare sake available only from Roadside Station Komono and nearby liquor stores (you can't even buy it on Amazon). The Komono Fuji label in particular seems to be available only at Michi no Eki. It's especially special to drink it with the locally made Bankoyaki cups sold at the roadside station! The taste is dry and has a simple local flavor. Although it lacks sparkling individuality, it is an excellent sake that you can enjoy every night with a glass of wine.
