I ran out of sake in the fridge 🙀🙀.
So I bought some at the local supermarket.

Alcohol 15.5
Mild aroma
The sweetness and umami taste is typical of sake, but the acidity makes it easy to drink.
The spiciness comes at the end to tighten the taste.
When served with yuzu-flavored grilled mackerel sushi, it has a strong flavor on its own, but it is easy to drink while still tasting the rice.
I felt the taste was refreshing!
It is good during a meal!

We have a limit of 4 bottles so I always keep a small one for insurance but nothing is available 😂I enjoy going to buy them but I want to reduce the frequency considering the transportation cost and I want a fridge💦.
