At home. My first Kamo Nishikishu. Almost no aroma. Slightly carbonated and alcoholic in the mouth. It has acidity and umami, but the bitterness is strong at the end. I'll try to warm it up a little and see if the taste changes after tomorrow.

It is undiluted but low alcohol. 13 degrees alcohol by volume. A moderate tingling of gas. The sweetness of the rice is refreshing and sharp. It goes well with nabe dishes.

(#´AKAKAKU`#)🍶🍶🍶🍶 Today we had our first Kamo Kanehide 😋. The aroma is mild 🤔The mouthfeel is gaseous, with a beautiful umami and refreshing sweetness, and the finish is fresh and acidic to finish it off 😊. It was a delicious sake that made me want to drink more and more 🥳.

Kamo Kanehide SUITOH OMACHI 720ml. SUITOU is 100% Omachi, Junmai Hi-yeast, No.6 yeast is used. The taste is not showy. ☺︎ I drank it all cold💦. I didn't know it was good lukewarm too☻

I know it's late, but the first spring sake is Kamo Kanehide. My second son, who was transferred to Nagoya, bought it for me at Okadaya. It is delicious! Maybe the best sake this year. The sweetness is elegant with a fresh aroma reminiscent of bananas. The taste is a little sweet and a little bitter. It's like spring in my mouth! The rice is Omachi and Chusei Shin-Senbon. It is quite an interesting combination.
