I have been wanting to drink Kamo Kanehide for a while, so I bought it. It is quite shwashy. The alcohol content is low at 13%, but it is good with a strong umami taste.
It has a subtle ginjo aroma, a deep, rich flavor typical of Omachi, and an elegant sweetness like wasanbon. It can be enjoyed chilled with a meal or as a dessert.
