Aiyama is a diamond of sake rice 🌾.
This is a sake brewed and matured in the spring 😍.
We haven't seen each other in a year 😆.
So without further ado... the opening ceremony✨
The aroma is elegant and fruity without being strong 🍎.
The aroma is easy to drink without any peculiarities.
The first sip has an apple-like flavor... and even though it's hi-iru 🍁, I think it's the juiciness you get from Kamogane... 😍.
And it disappears from your mouth soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.......the depth of sake is also found in this 🤤.
I enjoy it after dinner with cheese 🧀 lol
It's hard to convey in words alone, but I wish more people of all ages could enjoy the taste of sake. 🙂↕️

At Hiroshima Tatemachi Sake and Snacks by Tsuburaya.
This was the first time for me to taste Kamokin's Junmai Akigari. It has a gentle flavor that is typical of Kamokin. It is not often seen in the market, so when I found it at a local izakaya in Hiroshima Tatemachi, I ordered it immediately. It was delicious.
Among Hiroshima sake, I especially like Kamo Kanehide's seasonal sake 🍶.
Gentle 🍇 aroma, soft mouthfeel with a slight sizzle, moderate sweetness and flavorful overtones, shifts from sour to slightly dry after the mid-palate, overall balance typical of autumnal sake with a sense of maturity 😄.
Seafood and mushrooms seem to go especially well with it 😋.

(I also like "Amego no Tsuki", but it is hard to find...). According to the label on the back, it seems that the rice production has been quite difficult in these days of extreme heat... but it is good.
The label on the back says, "Enjoy a colorful life..." I think this is what you should drink in the long autumn nights. I recommend it.

Fresh ginjo aroma with a fresh, slightly gaseous taste. The fine-bodied, delicious acidity is delicious with the calmness of having been laid down until autumn. 😋😋😋😋
When the bottle is opened, it has a hard mouthfeel, like Evian 🎯. It is also good. After a few days, the gas escapes and more acidity is felt, which is also good.

Kamo Kanehide is a recent favorite of mine and they are all very tasty. The seasonal sake is more and more often I pick it up because of its gentle price 👍 Please do!

It is a delicious sake with a high alcohol content but an apple-like acidity that makes it feel light.
We enjoyed it with dice steak and other dishes. I feel that a strong flavor goes well with it.
