Kamo Kanehide, a sake from Hiroshima, didn't you drink it!
It's not too sweet, but still... delicious!
The Momiji🍁 label is even better, with a sense of autumn entering!
It's a good drink.
Good evening, Mr. Tequila 🌙
Thank you for your patronage of my hometown, Kamogane 😆 (I am just a citizen of the town lol).
I'm glad you know how delicious Kamogane is 😆.
Good morning, Tequila!
I tasted Kamo Kanehide's Autumn Rising last year and I remember that I really liked it and it was delicious 😋.
It looks delicious this year too 🤤!
I'd like to drink it at home 🤗.
Good evening, Mr. Koi suru gull.
I used to drink mainly Amego Tsuki in Hiroshima. I knew about Kamo Kanehide, but had not seen it very often, so this time I saw it and brought it home. It is delicious. I will reach out for it when I see it!
Good evening, ma-ki.
I like the label as if it is in the middle of autumn. The weather is becoming more pleasant to drink and choose from the various autumn labels that are now available! I don't have any stock in my fridge, so I'm looking forward to stocking up!
Fall is approaching little by little 🍂.
And today, we have Kamogane's Autumn Agari 🍁!
It has a fresh and crisp taste with a full-bodied flavor 😋.
The sticker with more autumn flavor is also nice👍.
It's a calm taste that goes well with food 👌.
Hello, Bousuke 😃.
This is one that didn't let the high temperature disorder🌾 get the best of you 🥹I saw it at the liquor store the other day and went through it 🥲I wish I had bought it.
Kamo Kinshu Sakura Fubuki Light Nigori Nama
Koji 50%, Kake 60%, 16%, 720ml, 1760 yen
It has a chirpy gas and a strong lactic acidity. Lactic acidity with no unpleasant taste.
The sweetness has a fruity flavor of apples and pears. After the sweetness, it tastes dry and tight. It is as expected.
After a few days, when the gas is gone, it tastes light and flat without much sake flavor.
It is better to finish it by the second day after opening the bottle.

It has been a long time since I drank a bottle of sake that got me hooked on sake!
I still love its taste!
It's light, umami, and goes well with fish dishes.
Good morning, Washomaru Suisan!
There are some sakes that can get you hooked on sake: ⤴️
I've only tasted Kamo Kanehide, but I remember it was very delicious 😋.
I've just checked it out again and it's still great 🤗.
Good morning, ma-ki!
I almost never drank alcoholic beverages itself until I found a good sake 😂.
But when I had a really good sake, I was so impressed that I got hooked 💖.
Kamo Kanehide Special Junmai Autumn Agari
Rated 4.4-4.5
Rice type: Koji: Omachi, Kake: Chusei Shin Senbon, Polishing ratio: Koji rice: 50%, Kake rice: 60%, Alcoholicity: 15%, Sake degree: +1.0, Acidity: 1.4
Harmony of soft mouthfeel and moderate acidity.
The rounded sweetness and umami that is typical of Omachi spreads out, and the mild sweet aroma accompanies the taste. It is a perfect complement to fatty dishes. It is ideal for those who prefer a calm umami and a sharp taste. The soft touch and gentle sweetness is a nice touch.
After entering the mouth with a good mouthfeel
The well-balanced umami and acidity spread
The umami goes through the nose a little and you can feel the gorgeousness.
When the temperature is raised a little, you can feel different umami.
It is also good.

My first camokin 🤩Not a standard 😊Upright is apple? Banana..... 🤔If you drink it, a refreshing sourness comes to the front. This is exactly what I'm talking about 😆 Good balance between rich sweetness and sourness. The combination of No. 77 yeast and Yumachi is 👍👍good to drink in a wine glass 😋The second day is basically the same. Cheese is the best match for such a flavor.
Hello Waccho😃!
It's been a little while 🤗and congratulations on your first Camokin with a rare label ㊗️ 🎉Congratulations on the apple 🍎 acid lover we 😋 would love to drink it!
It's starting to feel a little more like fall these days... 🍂.
If you want to go back to your roots, you should drink local sake.
That's why... we're opening it again this year: ‼️
Autumn Sake from my hometown, Kamogane
When opened, the aroma is not that strong and does not change much when poured into a glass 🤔.
It has a slight ginjo aroma 🍎🍐🍇 like fruity ✨....
...sip from ❗️
Slightly bitter with a sweetness that leads to a slight juiciness, and a not too bad aftertaste with a sense of balance 👌.
However, it is a bit of a surprise that it was brewed in the spring, stored and matured in the fall, and therefore (?) has a very unique hiya-iroki taste. However, since it is made and stored in spring and matured in autumn, it lacks a little of the freshness that comes from the heat treatment 😅.
It's a taste that doesn't disturb you before, during or after a meal (maybe not with dark meats) 👍
Drinking a small amount of this while eating grilled salt fish might be the best combination 🤣.
I'm looking forward to drinking Kamogane's "Suru Suru Gentle Heated Sake" again this year when the weather gets colder 😏.
That sake is the one thing I can't miss every year: ‼️
It will completely change your image of heated sake 😁.
Day 2: 🗒️
I didn't notice much change in taste because the sake was originally matured in the fall 🤔.
On the contrary, it was positioned to enjoy a stable taste👍
Good evening, Mr. Koiing Gull 🌙.
I had this last year and loved it so much that I definitely wanted to try it again this year ☺️ I'll have to pick it up soon 😋.
I also want to buy the heated sake this year ‼️ looking forward to your review 🥳.
Hi Kotaro 😃
It's delicious 😋I'm happy to hear that you're a fan of Kamogane yourself 🙏.
I spoke to the brewery the other day about the heated sake and they said it's their top choice this year👍.
I only have a bottle of it, but it's room temperature 🉑 so it's a must buy 😁.
The nose is sweet and fruity, the mouthfeel is gentle and syrupy, and although the alcohol content is high at 16%, you don't feel it, and the wine lingers on.
