Continued from yesterday
I'm only attending a lecture tomorrow, so I'm going for a quick drink by myself.
I had one drink at Hasegawa Sake Shop in Tokyo Station and took the Yamanote Line to Shinbashi.
I came here again,
Shinshu Osakemura in Shinbashi
Sake is so cheap here 😁.
Only sake from Shinshu, but the menu for sake alone is huge 😳!
At first, you can choose your own three kinds of sake to compare.
You can choose from three types of the same price on the menu.
I chose 3 types (60ml?x3) from 350yen (110ml).
The price is 550 yen for 3 kinds 🤣.
I selected Nanasho, Imanishiki and Kawanakajima.
First of all, Nanasho!
Not much aroma.
Light acidity, umami, and astringency.
The sharpness is good👍
I was full so I didn't have any snacks 😁.
The 9th Traveling SAKE (3)
I bought a bottle of nama-shu at a local liquor store and was shocked at the taste, Nanashira, and since I have never had fire-aged sake except hiyaoroshi, I was curious about the standard sake and so on.
I drank
Junmai Ginjo Unfiltered Nama Sake
I drank this at a local liquor store and it was so delicious that I unusually bought it on repeat. It was as good as ever. Many people who tasted it bought it and went home. Nemuchi-san was also happy with it 😁.
Kiso Yoshinaka Junmai Ginjo Light
This sake is brewed under a certain theme every year. This year it seems to be low-alcohol. It is a gentle and easy-drinking sake.
Junmai Ginjo
Quite fruity and sweet. I like it a lot.
Kiso Miyamanishiki Junmai
Mild but floral type
Junmai
A type of sake that you never get tired of drinking. I thought it was great that this was a standard sake.
Daiginjo Ginka
I think they said it was good. Almost all of this class are good!
Overall, I have a good impression of its sweet taste. It would be good if they handled more of it.
The member stores of Meimon Sake Kai only handle it on a spot basis, and there is no sales channel in Kansai 😅.
Good evening, bouken!
I also bought the unfiltered raw sake that I liked the best when I visited the brewery! It's delicious 😻The brewery recommends something called Kurakakushi and it's delicious at a price you can afford. ❣️
Good morning, Pon-chan ☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀☀.
Well, you used to drink it 😋.
I've seen the official website! I see it's the same design and different colors 😍I think I can buy it online so I'll pop it in 🤔.
Last year from June to the end of December Nagano Prefecture was running a free shipping campaign and they sent us a single 300ml bottle for free 😊I don't know if they did all the breweries but I think they did quite a few 🤔.
It's a real shame it's over now 🥹.
I didn't know that other breweries in Nagano were also offering free shipping 😳 I had no idea 💦 I had a chance to get some sake that I can't buy over here 😭.
Continuing with the Japanese Sake Bar
My senior is from deep in the mountains of Nagano.
I requested Shinshu sake and Nanasho was served.
When he was a child, he couldn't hear FM in his village.
He brought his handmade radio up to the top of the mountain to listen to it.
so he took his handmade radio up to the top of the mountain to listen to it.
Shichisyo was delicious with just the right amount of sourness.
It tastes sweet and sour!
But it tastes like rice, not like juice.
Bitterness is a bit at the end.
Maybe this is a hit.
It tastes better when it is sipped through both sides of the tongue.
It seems to be sensitive to temperature changes, and the taste changes immediately after pouring it into the glass and during the few minutes it takes to finish it. I think it tastes better if you drink it as soon as it is poured.
Opened February 26, 2024
Purchased at the brewery
Plenty of sweetness: ☺️
Among them, you can also taste a citrus-like fruitiness 🍊 with a slight milkiness, while finishing with acidity and a slight bitterness ^ ^.
Somehow, it also smells like wood... 🌲.
I wonder if it is because I am inhaling the aroma of Kiso cypress... 🌲.
Enjoying the aroma as well, I'm going to smack it a little bit more 🍶.
A little bitter? It also has a strong umami taste. I thought it would go well with a strong-flavored snack (it would go well with the pickled nozawana I had in Nagano with spicy miso).
I received this as a souvenir.
First time hearing about this sake brewery. I'm looking forward to it.
I thought it was a bit classic when drunk cold, but it was easy to drink when heated.
I wonder if this is what a honjozo is like.
