Suwa - Ina🍶It's a travel encounter sake!
@Sake and food select store Kamizura
Nanashirai is a sake that is new to us.
It is not just affected by sweetness and spiciness,
Sake that pursues the original "umami" taste of sake.
Nanashirai
It is a nostalgic sake for the people of Kiso.

After enjoying the popular B gourmet "Ina Lomen" (4th picture)
I stopped by a local liquor store with the help of Google Maps!
Great decision 😁✌️ great selection of products.
This sake
Unfiltered raw sake squeezed in winter
It is a limited quantity sake made to order 🍶‼️
The mouthfeel is straight and sweet.
The bitter taste comes later in moderation!
We enjoyed it with grilled chicken, kimchi tofu, and pickled cucumbers 😄.
I don't know this one either.
It's my first time.
Nanashirai, written with seven smiles, is a Japanese word for "seven laughs.
It is difficult to explain in detail the difference between the sake we drank that day, but I just remember that it was an easy-drinking sake.â

It was recommended to me by a shopkeeper.
I told him it was a sake similar to Masumi, and he said ❗️, so I bought it without thinking!
It's dry but has a clean aftertaste and a nice smooth taste.
It was delicious and didn't interfere with the food!
My favorite degree:★★★★☆
The initial aroma is like that of pears. When you drink it, it is slightly carbonated, sweet, slightly spicy, juicy, and has a slight, gentle acidity that gives it a sharp kick. This is delicious. The overt aroma is fruity. It is good both on its own and with food. It is easy to drink with an image of sweetness, and has an atmosphere like a white wine. It is not a complex wine, but a simple sweet and spicy wine. It goes well with pickled turnips and cucumbers. Is it similar to junmai ginjo from Ding, junmai ginjo from Zenkichi, or something from Kuroemon XVI? Sake from the Nanshin region of Nagano has a lot of sweet and spicy flavors.
my favorite
Miyamanishiki

Nagano Sake Series 🍶 today.
I think it's from a supermarket in Nagano...
Yes, purchased at Tsuruya✨.
I'm getting old enough to get all kinds of excited at the sake section of the supermarket lol 😆.
This one has a slightly sweet taste and is easy to drink. ❗️
I probably drank on Sunday, May 12.
Nanasho is my favorite brewery.
I bought Kaneti again this year.
It has a delicious sweetness that comes from its fullness.
It is delicious on its own. I wish it had a little more acidity.
But it can also be used as a food sake. It is a Kanaechi after all. It is delicious.

This is my first time at the "Seven Laughs Brewery". The more you drink, the more you laugh. It is said that the wish is to laugh seven times and bring in seven blessings.
Summer sake is coming out lushly. This one is also fresh, refreshing, and easy to drink.
On the way to Kiso, I found a sake brewery and bought it.
Cute flavor beyond what you would expect from a storefront that suits the town.
The freshness is outstanding, and the aroma and flavor can be enjoyed with every sip!
Nagano Prefecture
Junmai Ginjo Nama Shu
Polishing ratio 55
Alcohol 14%.
Rice: 100% Miyamanishiki produced in Nagano Prefecture
The strong fruit-like sweetness typical of Miyamanishiki and the slight carbonation of the raw sake are enjoyable.
The aftertaste is bitter and cuts through the sweetness.
