Nagano Prefecture
Junmai-shu Prototype 1 50% koji malt brewing
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol 14%.
Purchased at the main store of Nanasho Sake Brewery.
It has a strong aroma of koji and a strong sweetness of rice.
The head brewer described it as a traditional sake, but it is a gorgeous and delicious sake.
The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @Osaka Bay Tower⑳
The booth of "Nanasho" in Nagano prefecture.
We tasted their sake at the traveling SAKE event held at Hankyu Department Store.
We visited the booth for the last time as the time was almost up.
Shichisyo Daiginjo Ginka
The moment I drank it, I said "Yum! I've had it before, but the slightly higher price tag is understandable 😋.
Shichisyo Junmai Ginjyo Genshu Suzumishu
Low alcohol content (10% alcohol). It was so smooth that even people who can't drink sake could drink it, and it was so good when I was drunk.
Kiso Yoshinaka Special Junmai
Kiso Yoshinaka is a sake with a reddish label that I have never seen before, and was explained to me at the traveling SAKE. This sake is made every year under a specific theme. This year, the theme was acidity, and Nagano R yeast was used.
Since I was in a state of blind drunkenness, I wrote only one word "Fu" in the note on my phone about how I felt after drinking Nanasho... 🤣.
And with that, the Japanese Sake Festival is over.
I have amnesia about most of the after Japanese Sake festival drinks, so please see bouken's review 🙇.
I've been curious about this Nanasho too.
but I had never had it before😅.
My first time was a summer sake
Fresh aroma and taste: ‼️
There is no gassy feeling but it is quite easy to drink
It's quite easy to drink due to the low alcohol content👍
It has no habits and has a nice clean aftertaste 😊.
The taste is good, but the name Seven Smiles.
I think it's a very good name‼️
Purchased at a supermarket in Kamisuwa.
Because the store was closed the next day, we were able to purchase alcohol at a 3% discount.
It is a cup sake, but it has a good mouthfeel and a full-bodied taste.
It was delicious with a gentle sweet aftertaste.
Good evening, Ponchan 😁 I was so happy to find a local sake that is hard to buy 😆 I went to visit Takeya Miso and tasted the miso and bought it, but it made my mouth soggy 😅.
The 8th Japanese sake festival at Osaka Bay Tower⑳
We went to Nanasho for the last time.
We drank
Daiginjo Ginka
Polishing ratio 49%, Miyamanishiki, Sake meter value +2, 3080 yen
Brilliantly fruity and super delicious!
Junmai Ginjo Genshu Suzumishu
Polishing ratio 59% Miyamanishiki Sake-Grade -16
I think this one was sweet too, but I don't remember much...
Kiso Yoshinaka Special Junmai
Polishing ratio 60%, Ginfuki Sake Brix -16, 2000 yen
Low alcohol (13% alcohol), Nagano R yeast used.
Kiso Yoshinaka is a challenge sake, and the specs change every year, according to the traveling SAKE.
Maybe I like it sweeter than the one I had at the traveling SAKE.
I still like many types of Nanasho😋.
This is the end of the Japanese Sake festival, but there is more to come😅
bouken, thanks for the Japanese sake festival review😊.
I see you're still drinking🤣Your liver and review are awesome👍✨.
I was next door to Nanasho the other day 😊The president was a friendly guy and a lot of fun 🎶.
Thank you Ponchan 🙏.
It was almost a throwaway review after this one 🤣.
Thanks for the YOMOYAMA too Pon-chan 🙇.
I guess the personality of the president shows in the drinks, they were all delicious😊.
The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`)
Not unique in a good sense, in the middle of the road.
This is as the sake brewer said.
I was told the same thing at another tasting before, so maybe it's the brewery's concept or something.
The ginjo has a mellow flavor and aroma of the royal road type.
It is delicious!
The brewer said that they served it while drinking it all the time.
It's true that you can never get tired of drinking it!
The dry junmai is also a royalty!
I want to drink it anytime!
I enjoyed the rest of the tour, but I'm in trouble in a way because I know about sake again!
It is undiluted at 10 degrees alcohol by volume.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is like white grapes and muscat, and the palate is gentle and fresh sweetness fills the mouth.
I sometimes buy and drink this sake when I am not sure if I can find the sake I like at the supermarket.
I like Nanashio, it somehow fits my body.
It is delicious.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice Polishing Ratio: 55
Alcohol content : 15
Content : 720ml
Production Date : 2024.04
I bought it at a supermarket in Kamisuwa.
The sake is made by filtering the mash through a coarse cloth and leaving the orii (omission). It has a creamy mouthfeel and is easy to drink. It is easy to drink with a creamy mouthfeel and a refreshing taste.
Nagano Sake Series.
This is a cup brewed by the Nanasho Sake Brewery in Kiso.
This clean, dry sake is perfect for early summer.
It is not only spicy, but also has the umami flavor typical of junmai sake.
Although the rice polishing ratio is 60%, it seems to be a junmai sake without "tokubetsu" (special).
I bought it at a supermarket in Kamisuwa.
The 180ml is good for tasting and the quantity is good, but
It is a pity that I cannot enjoy the change of taste.
Fresh fruit aroma, like green apple or LaFrance. The taste is mild and sweet. The crisp aftertaste is delicious on its own and can be served with a wide range of foods.
Purchased when I went to Ueda
A friend of mine who lives in Ueda drinks a pack of Nanasho sake every night in preference to Shinshu Kamerei or Yamasan...
To each his own
There was no packaged sake, but there was junmai sake at the store, so I bought it.
Light and dry!
Cold sake is like white wine.
The acidity in the aftertaste is very effective.
Good sake that you don't get tired of drinking.
Nagano, Kiso County. Nanasho Sake Brewery Co.
Shichisyo Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Yes, this is Shichisyo.
I tasted this sake at a traveling sake shop in the Hankyu Department Store and bought it because it was so good.
It was so popular that there were only a few bottles left in stock because it is a limited-quantity product of unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake.
We enjoyed it cold.
The color is clear and transparent.
The aroma is apple-like and fruity.
Fresh and juicy on the palate, with a mild sweetness on the tongue.
The juicy freshness that spreads in the mouth has an impressive full-bodied sweetness and deliciousness.
The juicy, bitter, slightly bitter aftertaste is followed by a slight piquancy that lingers on the palate and finishes with a slight spiciness.
If you think it is sweet, it is not so, but it is medium.
The balance of the change from juicy to sweet and bitter was well balanced, and it was still delicious 😋.
