The 8th Japanese Sake Festival @ Osaka Bay Tower (・ω・`)
Not unique in a good sense, in the middle of the road.
This is as the sake brewer said.
I was told the same thing at another tasting before, so maybe it's the brewery's concept or something.
The ginjo has a mellow flavor and aroma of the royal road type.
It is delicious!
The brewer said that they served it while drinking it all the time.
It's true that you can never get tired of drinking it!
The dry junmai is also a royalty!
I want to drink it anytime!
I enjoyed the rest of the tour, but I'm in trouble in a way because I know about sake again!
It is undiluted at 10 degrees alcohol by volume.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is like white grapes and muscat, and the palate is gentle and fresh sweetness fills the mouth.
I sometimes buy and drink this sake when I am not sure if I can find the sake I like at the supermarket.
I like Nanashio, it somehow fits my body.
It is delicious.
Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic)
Rice Polishing Ratio: 55
Alcohol content : 15
Content : 720ml
Production Date : 2024.04
I bought it at a supermarket in Kamisuwa.
The sake is made by filtering the mash through a coarse cloth and leaving the orii (omission). It has a creamy mouthfeel and is easy to drink. It is easy to drink with a creamy mouthfeel and a refreshing taste.
Nagano Sake Series.
This is a cup brewed by the Nanasho Sake Brewery in Kiso.
This clean, dry sake is perfect for early summer.
It is not only spicy, but also has the umami flavor typical of junmai sake.
Although the rice polishing ratio is 60%, it seems to be a junmai sake without "tokubetsu" (special).
I bought it at a supermarket in Kamisuwa.
The 180ml is good for tasting and the quantity is good, but
It is a pity that I cannot enjoy the change of taste.
Fresh fruit aroma, like green apple or LaFrance. The taste is mild and sweet. The crisp aftertaste is delicious on its own and can be served with a wide range of foods.
Purchased when I went to Ueda
A friend of mine who lives in Ueda drinks a pack of Nanasho sake every night in preference to Shinshu Kamerei or Yamasan...
To each his own
There was no packaged sake, but there was junmai sake at the store, so I bought it.
Light and dry!
Cold sake is like white wine.
The acidity in the aftertaste is very effective.
Good sake that you don't get tired of drinking.
Nagano, Kiso County. Nanasho Sake Brewery Co.
Shichisyo Junmai Ginjyo Unfiltered Nama Sake
Yes, this is Shichisyo.
I tasted this sake at a traveling sake shop in the Hankyu Department Store and bought it because it was so good.
It was so popular that there were only a few bottles left in stock because it is a limited-quantity product of unfiltered, unfiltered, unadulterated sake.
We enjoyed it cold.
The color is clear and transparent.
The aroma is apple-like and fruity.
Fresh and juicy on the palate, with a mild sweetness on the tongue.
The juicy freshness that spreads in the mouth has an impressive full-bodied sweetness and deliciousness.
The juicy, bitter, slightly bitter aftertaste is followed by a slight piquancy that lingers on the palate and finishes with a slight spiciness.
If you think it is sweet, it is not so, but it is medium.
The balance of the change from juicy to sweet and bitter was well balanced, and it was still delicious 😋.

Suwa - Ina🍶It's a travel encounter sake!
@Sake and food select store Kamizura
Nanashirai is a sake that is new to us.
It is not just affected by sweetness and spiciness,
Sake that pursues the original "umami" taste of sake.
Nanashirai
It is a nostalgic sake for the people of Kiso.
Extend your visit beyond Suwa
After enjoying the popular B gourmet "Ina Lomen" (4th picture)
I stopped by a local liquor store with the help of Google Maps!
Great decision 😁✌️ great selection of products.
This sake
Unfiltered raw sake squeezed in winter
It is a limited quantity sake made to order 🍶‼️
The mouthfeel is straight and sweet.
The bitter taste comes later in moderation!
We enjoyed it with grilled chicken, kimchi tofu, and pickled cucumbers 😄.
I don't know this one either.
It's my first time.
Nanashirai, written with seven smiles, is a Japanese word for "seven laughs.
It is difficult to explain in detail the difference between the sake we drank that day, but I just remember that it was an easy-drinking sake.â
