When opened, it has a flavor and acidity that is unique to sake brewing and makes you want a snack 👅. The second day after opening it, the acidity was gone just right 😅I finished it late when I noticed it. It's definitely good warmed up too 😚.

Because it's made with apple yeast, it has a very nice fruity and slightly sour taste. ❣️ Also, the size is perfect for drinking up while still tasty🙆

The schwash is quite strong, so be careful opening the bottle: ‼️ Slowly opening and letting it settle is important for drinking 👌 Take your time... 😌. The sweetness and sourness are well balanced and the fizziness is good, so it's easy to drink. ☺️ This is the kind of wine you can't drink too much of 😋.

It is nigori sake with a strong sense of effervescence. It is not that sweet, and I thought it would be perfect as a food sake!
