The one I've had before, and even before.
Nanasho is my favorite drink.
This is now sold in supermarkets. Times have changed!
But although it is a medium-bodied sake, it is not that impressive. When the bottle is opened, it releases a nice aroma, and the first sip is, "Umm, it's good. But after that, something was different.
But compared to other sakes, it was very tasty.
So we enjoyed it.

Very unobtrusive, clean and light taste. Almost no peculiarities, tasty the moment you drink it! On the other hand, it's strangely unmemorable😃I'm complimenting you 😅.
Shichisyo Shuzo Shichisyo Kurabiraki Limited Edition Junmai Ginjo Kasumi Sake, served cold.
Purchased at Shichisyo's brewery at the Spring Sake Brewery Festival held on April 19 in Kiso Town, Nagano Prefecture.
This "hidden sake" is only sold on the day the brewery opens.
It has a mellow, sweet aroma and a light taste.
It is a type of sake that can be enjoyed on its own.

It is frankly delicious. If the price is reasonable, it is the kind of sake that you would want to drink casually. It is the kind of sake that you would drink without hesitation and without being self-conscious about it. I like this one better as a food sake.
It has a moderate umami flavor, but I think I like it to be refreshing.
