This is excellent. Miyamanishiki. I was surprised that this is Nanasho's Junmai sake! It starts out dry, with a tasty, umami flavor, and expectations are high. At room temperature, the balance improves. The acidity remains on the bottom, but it is good!

@Hayato We didn't go to the brewery either, but there was a regular Nanasho sake that we had never had before, so we ordered it. I had it at room temperature 🍶. The top aroma was slightly sweet. When you put it in your mouth, you can taste a slight, light sweetness. One of the students in the same grade who was standing in line at the counter told me that this sake is the evening drink of this area 😊. I guess you could say it's like slightly sweet and tasty water. It was quite tasty. ✨️

On the third day of my business trip to Osaka (although I'm off Saturday and Sunday, I'm staying because I'm off Friday and Monday in Osaka), I toasted with Nanasho, a Nagano souvenir I received 🍻. The mild and mellow sake was different from yesterday's Nakazen, which is also delicious 😋. I chose "Ichiko" this time on APA's VOD! Phew 〜〜〜〜〜! Good luck where you're put ❗️ I'm soaking up the afterglow while also kicking back with some sake lol!

This brand is a delicious sake that is affordable and easily available (around here). This specific hiya-oroshi isn't even listed on their official website. I wonder if it's a limited edition? It's mellow and rich, but not too sweet or too acidic, and it paired perfectly with buri-daikon.

Yes, Nagano business trip! The night of ✍️ I'll be there in a jiffy! I had my sights set on I had my eye on "Shinshu Inamachi Alps Shokudo" (Shinshu Inamachi Alps Restaurant). I'm having a party with my colleagues. This place is definitely I hope you go here for the all-you-can-drink menu 🫱. The all-you-can-drink menu here is so seriously exasperating that it's called "all-you-can-drink awesome". I'm not sure if it's a good idea or not, but I'm sure it's a good idea. And it's only 1499 yen for 60 minutes! 1499 yen for 60 minutes 90 minutes: 1999 yen 2499 yen for 120 minutes and you can drink almost all the local sake you want. LOL! I thought you could drink all you want except for nationally popular sake? I'm sure it is 🙄 . And the menu is extensive! Seriously, I want you to go there. I'd rather this restaurant expand to the Kanto area. LOL! Of course, I'm on a local sake kick 🍶. (Not that I'm in the sake business... lol) Mochi! Since we're in Kiso, it's Nanasho, right? I'm going for the dry Junmai sake 🍶🍶🍶. Sake degree: +8 ...Hey, I think I really like Nagano sake 🙄🙄🙄🙄... It's really sharp and crisp. (I also drank Zenkoji at a friend's house the other day, and Nagano...! (I drank some Zenkoji at a friend's house the other day, and Nagano is hot 🍶) Delicious" was the only word in my vocabulary.

Dubroque style, which my wife likes. Last year's sake just before the new sake was released. The website says it is popular among women. It has aged well and looks like a different sake from the first one. It has mellowed on the palate, but the alcohol content is actually high. It might be a lady-killer sake.

We also drank a Junmai Ginjo. This one was purchased directly from the brewery. The aroma is a weak pear-like ginjo aroma. The sweetness and umami are more pronounced than those of junmai. The lingering sweetness at the end is a characteristic of junmai ginjo. We are grateful to have found a good sake.

Good evening, Mr. Hagi (farmed). 43 years ago, when I went to stay at my senior's house in Nagasaki, there was Nanasho in the all-you-can-drink menu. I remember it was delicious when I drank it. Today, I'm going to drink some more sake from Nagano Prefecture. I bought a bottle of Nanasho junmai sake at an Aeon store when I went for a drive to Kaida Kogen. It is a bottle from the Shinshu sake comparison set. The aroma has an apple-like ginjo aroma. The weak acidity and the assertion of umami and sweetness make it easy to drink.
