We also drank a Junmai Ginjo.
This one was purchased directly from the brewery.
The aroma is a weak pear-like ginjo aroma.
The sweetness and umami are more pronounced than those of junmai.
The lingering sweetness at the end is a characteristic of junmai ginjo.
We are grateful to have found a good sake.

Good evening, Mr. Hagi (farmed). 43 years ago, when I went to stay at my senior's house in Nagasaki, there was Nanasho in the all-you-can-drink menu. I remember it was delicious when I drank it. The naming is also good, isn't it? It is one I would like to drink again. I'm sure I'll be able to find a way to get it again 😊.
