Today, I'm going to drink some more sake from Nagano Prefecture.
I bought a bottle of Nanasho junmai sake at an Aeon store when I went for a drive to Kaida Kogen. It is a bottle from the Shinshu sake comparison set.
The aroma has an apple-like ginjo aroma.
The weak acidity and the assertion of umami and sweetness make it easy to drink.
