I had been refraining from drinking for over a month due to medication, but the restriction was finally lifted. This is Dewazuru summer sake. It is served cold. The aroma is like muskmelon. It has been a long time since I have had this sake, and when you carefully and gently bring it to your mouth, the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads quickly. It is a Junmai Daiginjo. It is not mellow, but rather, it finishes quickly, just like a summer sake. The last taste is a very light bitterness. It was quite a tasty summer sake. Thank you very much.

The nose is vanilla-essential and light. With a bit of alcohol in the nose, Slightly rummy and lychee. Transparency. Sourness and spiciness come quickly, and the rice flavor is moderately sweet. The texture has a refreshing feeling. After that, there is a mildly rounded bitterness. After two or three sips, you can feel more of the rice flavor. 4/5 stars for my taste.

It's been hot every day 💧. I wanted to drink something refreshing today. So today's sake is Dewazuru Clammbon by Akita Seishu, a sake from a new brewery. I'm really looking forward to this sparkling sake 🎵. Let's start with the aroma. First, the aroma. Refreshing slightly citrusy aroma 😊. There are bubbles in the glass 🎵. The mouthfeel is refreshingly sweet and a little bitter, with a spiciness in the second half that is very refreshing and delicious✨. It has a complex flavor that makes it a very drinkable sake, but it's still refreshing and delicious and made me feel very blissful 😁✨✨✨. Sake is the best 🍶.

I bought it because I heard that it was cute and came from a work by Kenji Miyazawa. It has a light and refreshing taste. I think it is a good type for summer. However, when I looked up Kenji Miyazawa's "Yamanashi," I found that it is a story about water, and I found a theory that "Clammbon" might be bubbles in water. If so, this fits the image perfectly! It represents bubbles in the water! I was impressed and reminded again that the brewery is awesome! Thanks for the treat 😆.
