I had been refraining from drinking for over a month due to medication, but the restriction was finally lifted.
This is Dewazuru summer sake. It is served cold.
The aroma is like muskmelon.
It has been a long time since I have had this sake, and when you carefully and gently bring it to your mouth, the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads quickly. It is a Junmai Daiginjo.
It is not mellow, but rather, it finishes quickly, just like a summer sake.
The last taste is a very light bitterness.
It was quite a tasty summer sake.
Thank you very much.
Good morning Jay & Nobby 😀
During my sobriety, when I drank pineapple juice, I remembered the sake with that aroma, and when I drank melon juice, I remembered the sake with that aroma again 😥.
This is my first time drinking Dewazuru Clammbon and it is delicious 😋 It is a light, well-flavored sake with a slight effervescence 🎐 It is a perfect bottle for the evening of Tanabata 🌠.
The nose is vanilla-essential and light.
With a bit of alcohol in the nose,
Slightly rummy and lychee. Transparency.
Sourness and spiciness come quickly, and the rice flavor is moderately sweet.
The texture has a refreshing feeling.
After that, there is a mildly rounded bitterness.
After two or three sips, you can feel more of the rice flavor.
4/5 stars for my taste.
It's been hot every day 💧.
I wanted to drink something refreshing today.
So today's sake is Dewazuru Clammbon by Akita Seishu, a sake from a new brewery.
I'm really looking forward to this sparkling sake 🎵.
Let's start with the aroma.
First, the aroma. Refreshing slightly citrusy aroma 😊.
There are bubbles in the glass 🎵.
The mouthfeel is refreshingly sweet and a little bitter, with a spiciness in the second half that is very refreshing and delicious✨.
It has a complex flavor that makes it a very drinkable sake, but it's still refreshing and delicious and made me feel very blissful 😁✨✨✨.
Sake is the best 🍶.
Thank you Jay & Nobby for your comments.
It's been a while since I've had a solid bubbly with bubbles really floating in the glass, so it was very refreshing 🎵.
It's definitely not for me, but the name is cute too 😁.
Hi, ma-ki-chan!
I knew that the original story of Clammbon was written by Kenji Miyazawa 😁.
The story also involves alcohol, and the cool image and shwashy bubbles seem to go well with the hot weather ✨.
Hi ma-ki-🐦.
I haven't had this brand yet 💦 I may have never seen it 😳 It sounds delicious now that it's hot! I used to be a regular drinker in the summer until last year, but this year it's too hot for me and I'm not sure if I'll be able to get the shwash 👍😁.
Thank you for your comment, Jive.
You are a quintessential expert, Tsukitate wrote about Kenji Miyazawa in your post😲.
Everyday I feel the bliss of being healed by a glass of shwashuwa refreshing sake 😊.
Thanks for your comment, Pon.
It was my first time too and I really enjoyed it 😊.
It's really too hot for a refreshing drink 💧, but that's what makes it so delicious ✨.
Thanks for your comment, Tsutsumitate-san.
Yes, it was a very good sake. It was very refreshing and really delicious sake✨.
Yes, the name is great, including the origin that Tsukitate-san told me 😊.
I bought it because I heard that it was cute and came from a work by Kenji Miyazawa. It has a light and refreshing taste. I think it is a good type for summer.
However, when I looked up Kenji Miyazawa's "Yamanashi," I found that it is a story about water, and I found a theory that "Clammbon" might be bubbles in water.
If so, this fits the image perfectly! It represents bubbles in the water! I was impressed and reminded again that the brewery is awesome!
Thanks for the treat 😆.
Hello, tsutsumitate-san.
I didn't know this sake had such an origin ✨.
I just got mine the other day and I'm looking forward to drinking it more and more 🎵.
By the way, the makers are really great ⤴️I can only thank them ⤴️
Hi ma-ki-😄
Please be careful how you handle this as it's just a little knowledge I got from googling 😅.
It's a wonder that the more you know about it, the better it tastes 😆.
