It's finally getting cooler! Sake shops are all orange with the rush for fall sake, but I'm drinking summer sake, attracted by the refreshing blue bottles and labels 🍶. Oh 😍😍😍 it's so delicious 😍😍😍! It's sweet and fruity with a good amount of schwarziness ❣️❣️ The leesiness and the slightly spicy aftertaste is also very nice 👏👏👏👏👏. The next day, the choux is almost gone, and the sweetness is more like a peach wine⤴️ The name of the sake is based on the image of "Clammbon" in Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale I heard that the name of the sake is inspired by "Clammbon" in Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale... but it's hard for me 😅 who don't have sympathy for Kenji Miyazawa's fairy tale to imagine it lol🤣🤣🤣🤣. I remember that Dewazuru (Watabune) with this label was delicious, so I bought it. Well, it has no taste.... It tastes like melon or cemedine. It is neither sweet nor pungent. Maybe there is a trace of sweetness? Only a little. It was about 2,400 yen at Maya, but this is too subtle.

Low-polished sake said to be secretly in vogue I had an image of the sake, alcohol, Surprise! The aroma is like that of white grapes, like Daiginjo, and the mouthfeel is a bit spicy, but the sweetness of the rice spreads quickly. It was surprisingly light and refreshing, perhaps due to the fact that it was made from fresh sake. It is not so good in terms of cost performance, but it is tasty. It was a good study of low-milled rice. I am looking forward to the changes around the 3rd day after opening the bottle! ☆☆☆☆

Good evening ~ ❗️ It's still hot here! You have to drink on Fridays 😆. My wife and I went out for a bit to explore a liquor store. Dewatsuru, which you don't see very often! Yamagata sake? No, Akita Yamadaho? Oh wow, Yamadanishiki's mother... I was curious and brought it home 💨 Oh, this is... Fruity and full of flavor It is covered with bitterness and finishes with a kick! Great! ❗️ It's nice to feel like a connoisseur when the sake you choose hits the spot 😊. I know it's just an illusion or coincidence but... I have a good tongue no matter what I drink 😅

I had been refraining from drinking for over a month due to medication, but the restriction was finally lifted. This is Dewazuru summer sake. It is served cold. The aroma is like muskmelon. It has been a long time since I have had this sake, and when you carefully and gently bring it to your mouth, the sweetness and deliciousness of the rice spreads quickly. It is a Junmai Daiginjo. It is not mellow, but rather, it finishes quickly, just like a summer sake. The last taste is a very light bitterness. It was quite a tasty summer sake. Thank you very much.
