A little harsh around the edges, but not heavy. They make a series of sake with different rice, so I might want to compare them someday 🤔.

It has been a week of good luck! However, it was a long break with Obon also covered. Maybe it's more like a drink before the vacations.
Since I'm sick now, I don't think I can make the right decision, so I'll leave my impressions to a moderate level. As the name suggests, it is a light brand with 14 degrees. I have never had a standard Kuramoto, but according to the liquor store, it is somewhat unique. It comes with a sour taste and is slightly sweet. However, it has a punch, so it may not be defeated even if it is paired with somewhat strong-flavored snacks.
Personally, I am not sure about it yet...but since I can't rely on my own taste buds, I'll reserve judgment.
First time having Kuramoto Sake Brewery 😁.
The aroma is strong and refreshing.
When poured, it is clear and has a slight yellowish tinge.
First a delicate dive of acidity!
The flavor conveyed is thick and deep 😉.
Astringency and sweetness spread from the tip of the tongue and turn bitter when they reach the back of the throat. I can also feel the pungency in the upper part of the throat. It has a strong flavor 😍.
Finally, there is a flicker of dessert sweetness on the tip of the tongue. I couldn't quite think what the sweetness was... 😔.
After a day, I realized. It's wasanbon 😎.
This is a Japanese shu.
The souvenir handbag was also stylish.

Like gin-lime. Slightly unusual aroma.
A little syrupy on the palate.
The entrance has a freshness like Yamadanishiki,
It is sweet and delicious and surprisingly voluminous at the back of the tongue.
After a certain degree of lift, it does not falter, and the acidity gives it a sharp edge.
3/5 for my favorite.

Aroma like lychee. The palate has a refreshing lemon acidity and a slight bitterness. It is lightly cloudy and has a light flavor. The alcohol content is 14%, so it is easy to drink and dangerous!
The aroma is mellow, with a hint of grain-like ripeness 🌾.
The mouthfeel is also mellow and mild, and the flavor explodes from there. ‼️
The waves of umami that seem to be layered on top of each other come rushing in, but the beautiful acidity quickly makes its way in, so it's not dull at all, but rather light 😋.
It's just a sake, but when you taste it in your mouth, it's as if it's paired with food, making you say, "Yum~!

Kuramoto also has many kinds of sake.

KURAMOTO Ym64 SAKE-TEN 2022BY✨
This is a historical sake brewery, but they have changed their production in recent years to create a more modern lineup. They were recently featured on "Wakate no Yoake" (Dawn of the Young 🙌).

The aroma is of clear herbs and sweet honey from the aging process of kijoshu. The taste also has a clear acidity on the attack for a moment, but soon bursts with a rounded sweet flavor and richness that is typical of kijoshu 😊The finish is light and dry and crisp, and you can just enjoy the lingering taste.
I prefer the fresh one, but this sake has the goodness of aging and is very tasty to drink 😋.

The one with 81% polished rice was surprisingly robust, dark, rich and slightly peculiar with a unique taste 😊.
