A collaboration of four breweries in the San'in region.
I drank it warmed, and it was soft and simply gentle. It is soft and gentle, but has a strong sake aftertaste.
It is said to be a joint project brewed by four breweries in the San'in region (Hiokizakura, Jyugokuhi, Tamasakura, and Fusotsuru) under a unified standard of 70% polished rice with Yamada Nishiki. We are looking forward to seeing how the characteristics of each brewery will be brewed. This time, we were served Fusozuru's sake. Fusozuru's sake was easy to drink without any peculiarities, but had a strong umami taste ☺.
I would like to try other Fusotsuru's 🎵.
This is a memorandum.
The second cup of "Ochoko" was "Fusotsuru" from Masuda, a sake from my neighbor's hometown. It is a nigori (nigori is a sweet sake), but since it was recommended to me as a good kama, I decided to heat it up. Sake from the San'in region is delicious 😋.

Mild mouthfeel
Less bitterness and softer than last year
Aftertaste is reminiscent of a Western wine with a sharp alcohol taste.
The taste is not complex, but it is somewhat soothing.
You can't help but drink more and more!
Cheap and delicious!

Thank you for your comment!
I bought the Nobey Yokocho from Rakuten.
It's great because you can set the temperature to your liking and it doesn't get cold!
The last one is Fusozuru.
It will be served warm.
The top-tasting aroma is that of thick rice.
The mouthfeel is clear and the umami of rice is directly conveyed. The aftertaste has a slightly matured or aged feel to it, but I think this is what makes the umami so convincing. The finish is soft and fluffy, with a soft acidity and astringency.
The image is quite dandy and austere.
Fuso is an old Japanese alias, but when I think of Fuso, I think of the Mitsubishi Fuso truck or the battleship Fuso of the Imperial Navy. In the arcade game "1943," which I was addicted to when I was in junior high school, the sinking of the Fuso was the climax of the first half of the game.
I like the sound of "Fuso".
Thank you for the food!
We ordered it from Kotobukiya in Hon Atsugi in January,
I would like to let it sit for another year if possible, but the production is so small that it will be sold out before it reaches the right ripeness, which is a problem for the future. I would like to keep it for one more year if possible, but the production is so small that it will be sold out before it reaches the right ripeness, which is an issue for the future.
For a "Sanin Sake" that is known for its hard-boned, robust junmai sake, Fusotsuru is elegant and soft.
It has been about a year and the flavor is progressing wonderfully 😊.
