When I bought this sake, I was surprised to find the top three sakes in the Ibaraki Top 3 Sake Ranking Ibaraki unintentionally lined up in my refrigerator.
It took me quite a few days to open this sake, but...
Ah, amaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!
It is a kijo sake, so it is natural, but even so, it is a mellow and sweet sake that stands out.
It's the perfect sake for dessert!

I tried it because it won the grand prize in the raw oyster category of the "Sake with Oysters Award".
When I first took a sip, I thought it might be too sweet to drink, but it was an amazing marriage of creaminess with the saltiness of the oysters! Why have I been all about Chablis so far?
