First time in a long time for Kijo sake. First time for Raifuku. I was curious about "Raifuku" and was surprised that the first one was MELLOW! I was surprised at how MELLOW the first one was! I like kijo-zake in general, but I can't drink too much of it, and if I take it too badly, I can taste the bitterness in it, but this one is rather refreshing. It is so easy to drink that you can even feel its sharpness.
Mellow for the second time.
I bought it at a liquor store because I enjoyed it so much when I drank it at the store.
It seems to be rare to find a kijozo sake that is fresh.
The sweet aroma that you first smell is not as sweet as the aroma.
It is not as sweet as the aroma, and has a good acidity on top.
Easy to drink!
Great as a dessert sake!
Sweet. It is truly rice juice. More like a fruit wine than a sake. The sake flavor comes in and quickly leaves the sweetness. The sweetness lingers in the aftertaste.
Sake of interest to lovers of kijoshu
Ibaraki Prefecture, Kuraifuku Shuzo MELLOW
I ordered some and had a look 😊.
I'm looking forward to the product that looks like it's made with melon or is it a push for melon?
I'm looking forward to this product like ☺️
Opening the package 🎁🎁.
Smells and tastes like green melon.
I thought it would be a melon melon flavor.
It will get sweeter as time goes by.
It gets sweeter with time.
It also has a sour taste and a clean aftertaste.
It was not too sweet and did not drag on the sweetness. ‼️

First time at my parents' house in a long time!
Quite a long time ago, I should have drunk it sooner 😿.
My parents didn't like it because it was too sweet, but it's a noble sake and I know what you mean about it being like a dessert ✨.
It was the last sake I tasted at my usual liquor store, but I was so impressed with the taste that I immediately decided to buy it. I immediately tried it at home. It tastes like sake and sweet white wine. It is perfect as an after-dinner drink.
I bought it because the packaging looked good. It is really delicious. I was surprised that sake can be made so sweet. I recommend it to women because you can drink it like a dessert. I would like to buy it again if I see it again.

The second drink
Raifuku's Kijoshu
Of course it's sweet, but it has a nice sharpness.
I don't dislike it, and I can drink it with a gulp!
It also goes well with raw oysters!
Oysters are so juicy and juicy and delicious!

This sake is a "kijoshu" made by using pure rice sake as part of the brewing water.
It has a unique, well-balanced taste of thick sweetness and acidity, and can be drunk as if it were a dessert. The sweetness is balanced by the acidity, which gives it a slightly sweet and sour taste, making it an exquisitely balanced sake that is sweet but not heavy.
It can be served as an aperitif or after-dinner drink with sweets.
Even if you don't pair it with sweets, this sake itself is like a sweet.
