It is a rare raw sake for a noble sake.
The aroma is of course sweet, but you can also feel the sourness of the koji.
The taste is sweeter than the image of the aroma, but the acidity is good, and the aftertaste is quite refreshing and easy to drink.
Personally, I think it is better to drink it with a regular meal than as a dessert.
I can finally drink since my business trip is over, lol.
I wanted to drink something sweet, so I opened it.
It smells so sweet.
It tastes sweet and sour.
It has a good balance of sweetness and acidity.
You can drink it like a dessert.
My first noble brew
I was expecting it to be sweet and salty, but when I tried it, it was much more drinkable than I expected. It's easy to drink, not too habitual, and I found a nice drink ^_^^.
I thought it would go well with barbecued meat.
But I can't guzzle it, and I hear it's going to mature, so I'll drink it every day, in small batches. (e.g. "I'll be back")
