The sweetness is like that of a noble sake.
It tastes like a Western-style sake without feeling like sake.
It is not a sake to be enjoyed with a meal, but to be enjoyed by itself.

It is made by using Junmai-shu as part of the brewing water. This sake has a good balance of sweetness and sourness, and can be drunk like a dessert. You can enjoy it on the rocks or with soda.
