I tried it because it won the grand prize in the raw oyster category of the "Sake with Oysters Award". When I first took a sip, I thought it might be too sweet to drink, but it was an amazing marriage of creaminess with the saltiness of the oysters! Why have I been all about Chablis so far? It was also good as an aperitif.
