Fruity, light and fluffy rice aroma.
It's not flashy, but it's like putting sweet and sour berry fruits in your mouth 😋.
It can be served by itself or with a meal 🙆🙆.
This is delicious 🎶🎶😍
My usual recommendation at my usual restaurant: ❣️
Rice: Sake Mirai (100% Yamagata rice)
Yeast used: Kanazawa yeast
Alcohol portion 16%.
Polishing ratio 55
Orizee Summer Junmai.
At first sip, I thought it was as dry as a horse, but it seems to have calmed down!
It seems to be versatile enough to go with a variety of dishes.
It has a firm acidity and umami. The base of the sake is clean and refreshing, but the rich umami and acidity make it a perfect match for many different types of food. It is quite good!
Sake rice → Kake rice: 80% Hyakumangoku Norishiro produced in Ishikawa Prefecture
Koji rice: 20% Hachitan-Nishiki produced in Hiroshima Prefecture
Polishing ratio→80
Alcohol content→16

Here's another first for you, Lion's Village🦁.
Is this a limited edition from Isego? It seems to be a label ✨
I had a classical image of it, but the taste is modern✨.
It has a fruity aroma and a good balance of sweetness and acidity👍
The finish is easy to drink 😋.
I was told it was a food wine, but it could be just as good on its own ✨.
Hi kino., nice to meet you. I always refer to your posts 😊.
Olizee is delicious 😋Origarami is also very tasty with a well-balanced shwash, so if you have a chance, please try it 👍✨.
Good evening, Kotaro-san!
It was my first time and it was delicious 😋 It seems that the orikagami is only available for a limited time ✨ I'll try my best to go online and buy it 👍.
This is the fourth bottle I am receiving to support Ishikawa Prefecture, albeit in a small way.
This sake was also picked up at the Ishikawa antenna store in front of Tokyo Station, where 100 yen will be donated to Ishikawa Prefecture and 100 yen to the Ishikawa Sake Brewers Association 😊.
When poured, it has a yellowish color. Like a pale gold!
I'll take it 😉.
The acidity jumps in first.
Then the astringency, umami, and sweetness appear, and in the second half, the spiciness and sweetness dance 😊.
A simple way to describe it is that there is a slight sweetness to the slight carbonation and the rice flavor appears at the end 😋.
After opening the bottle, work gets busy and after five days or so, the sweetness increases and the astringent bitterness overlaps, followed by the freshness that makes it enjoyable.
As the temperature settles down, the sweetness becomes sweet and spicy 😉.
The color has deepened too 😎.

The first "Lion's Village".
They use Sake Mirai for their sake rice,
I bought it without a second thought.
It is a gem with sourness and bitterness.
