Let's increase the Ishikawa love! Using the esteemed Jay & Nobby's Tochigi rate as a guide, I have determined the Ishikawa rate so far: 17.5%. Of course, this is the highest I've ever drank, but does that show the depth of my love?
So, this is the Ishikawa sake I forgot to post.
A blend of Hyakumangoku No Shiro and Hiroshima-grown Yatanishiki, made together by a local farmer and some sort of town revitalization team.
Fruity and refreshing. The brewery is a well-known sake brewer who trained at the Takagi Brewery of the Jyushiyo generation. Nothing fancy, but delicious.
So I forgot to post this last year...improving the Ishikawa sake ratio?
But I still want to try more made with various rice from all over Japan.

Thank you, Jay & Nobby. I'm still not as good as my mentor, but I'm trying to balance the love of good sake from all over the country with the love of local sake. Thank you, Jay and Nobby!
