Sake received in July. I don't know if it was my physical condition or mental state, but I wanted to drink a strong sake that day. I asked the owner about it, and he told me that he usually doesn't drink it, so I asked him about it. So I was impressed with the Awamokuzakura. It is probably richer when it is hot, but it is also good when it is cold. It's just like what my grandfather used to drink at night. I think it's good to have a day of drinking like this once in a while. If I always drink like this, I will probably drink beer.

I look forward to Daruma Masamune's Awamokuzakura Pitchy Nama-shu every year. This year, too, it is consistently good 🍶. My favorite annual sake with the full-bodied sweetness of rice and the feeling of spring 🍶. Ingredient rice: Hatsushimo Rice polishing ratio: 70 Sake meter degree: - Acidity: -0 Amino acids: - Alcohol content: 18-19 degrees Celsius

Komae City's Kagoya's third location opens in Sengawa! I went there right away. Perhaps because it is smaller than the main store, they only carry four-pack bottles, but they have a good selection of rare items. I found one with an interesting label and bought this one (the label was torn!). I thought it would be like champagne because of the "pitchy" description, but it is not at all. Although the 70% polished sake has a certain amount of miscellaneous flavors, it has a robust flavor and a high alcohol content. The cemedine-like smell in the first sip is a bit off-putting, but it is a bit dry and not bad at all. Acidity is low. The sweetness increases as the days pass after opening. Although it is a draft sake, I think it tastes best at room temperature. 3.5/5.0

This is a freshly squeezed sake from Daruma Masamune, famous for its old sake. It has a strong flavor at this point, but is easy to drink. Delicious warmed up.

Bought it to welcome Golden Week with a bang! Smells like wine! Very sweet and easy to drink! Rather than fruity sweetness, it's more like a rich honey sweetness! But the booziness is pretty strong too! While the triple crop is crisp and fruity, this one is thick and honey-like!
