Usuzumizakura淡墨(長寿)桜 純米酒 ピッチピチ生原酒

Komae City's Kagoya's third location opens in Sengawa!
I went there right away.
Perhaps because it is smaller than the main store, they only carry four-pack bottles, but they have a good selection of rare items.
I found one with an interesting label and bought this one (the label was torn!).
I thought it would be like champagne because of the "pitchy" description, but it is not at all.
Although the 70% polished sake has a certain amount of miscellaneous flavors, it has a robust flavor and a high alcohol content.
The cemedine-like smell in the first sip is a bit off-putting, but it is a bit dry and not bad at all.
Acidity is low.
The sweetness increases as the days pass after opening.
Although it is a draft sake, I think it tastes best at room temperature.
