ヤスベェSpring Sake & Nigorinpic0️⃣ 7️⃣
Continuing from yesterday's map-filling for the second round of Japan, I decided to go with Hiroshima Prefecture 😀.
I was attracted by the blue label, even though spring sake is usually pink or red... and the label with a beautiful flower floating on it that reminded me of Monet's water lotus 🤣.
The taste was very different from the label 😅.
It was drier than the Spring Sake by Drunken Whale that I opened yesterday😅.
However, it has a fruitiness that is typical of spring sake beyond the dryness, so I thought it would be a good food sake as well 😀.
Of course, this is my first time drinking Tenpouichi, and if it wasn't for this label, I probably wouldn't be drinking this sake, so it was a new discovery for me 😇

boukenGood evening, Yasube!
I had this sake at a sushi restaurant before and I thought it was light, dry and raw image that would go well with sushi 🤔.

ジェイ&ノビィGood evening, Yasube!
I had a glass of Tenpoichi outside a while ago and I can imagine it is a good food sake 😋You are going step by step on the path of dry sake 👍.

ポンちゃんGood evening, Yasube!
I was looking at this beautiful label and I see that it is from Tianbaoichi 😳I was very surprised because I remember the solid taste 😊.
I'm glad you're a new discovery and a good one at that 🙂 ❣️

ヤスベェHi bouken 😀
Actually, I wasn't aiming for this yesterday, but I had take-out sushi from Daikki Suisan at home at night😇.
It went well with the sushi 😀.
Since I started drinking sake, I mainly eat Japanese food and less meat dishes 🤣.

ヤスベェHi Jay & Nobby 😀
Lately I've been gradually increasing the number of drinks that are suitable for food and I'm finding them to be delicious😇.
Thanks to this, the range of alcohol I want to drink is expanding and it seems to be putting more and more pressure on my fridge 🤣.

ヤスベェHi Pon-chan 😀
It's interesting to meet new sakes, even if it's just a jackpot purchase once in a while 😀.
I'm also signing up for two liquor store's hanpukai next month 😇
I'm sure I'll meet more and more new people 😇

Rafa papaGood morning Yasube!
I had a dinner with a customer in Fukuyama last November and loved it 🥰I bought a bottle and drank it at home right after that 😌I want to drink it again!

ヤスベェHi Rafa papa 😀
This was my first time to try Tenpoichi, so I thought this sake was a spring sake and easy to drink, but if it is along the same lines, it is a good sake as a food sake😇.
gk1Sake party at a nearby bar!
We had about 24 bottles to drink as much as we could.
I took note of all the varieties ✎.
Tenpoichi
I think I had drunk it before.
It was spicy and served with sashimi.
ヘパリーゼZAmaboichi Hana-Kazeguruma Koiomachi Junmai
Slowly sweet and fire-roasted when cold, yet
Fresh.
When heated, it has a strong acidity and a very different taste, which is also delicious.
クリストファーリカルドロドリゲスJr.The aroma is like grapefruit and white grapes.
On the palate, it has a refreshing sweetness and flavor reminiscent of grapefruit and white grapes.

There is an astringent taste as well as acid and sweetness. The astringency can be felt in the aftertaste. The sweetness is low and the aroma is grain-like.
On the second day, the acidity increases and the hardness is removed, very much better than the first day.
Pairing with Ate
Tempura
Grilled yellowtail kama with salt
Personal Favorite ★★★☆☆☆☆
いーじーPurchased at a sake shop.
Personally, I think Amabuki and Raifuku are two sake breweries that often brew sake using flower yeast, and I consider Amaboichi to be one of them.
Cold sake.
The aroma is gorgeous, as if the sourness and sweetness of apples had been condensed. If it is said to be flowery, it is indeed flowery.
The light nigorigo color is well-balanced with a mild sweetness and a tartness that is not too strong. The aftertaste is rather long.
Recommended for sake beginners.
