I was drinking Koi Omachi thinking it was dark Omachi again 🤣.
Actually, I'm not a fan of Omachi, but I was tired from work or ❗️ wanted something darker.
It is actually very thick 👍.
I don't know if it's the rice or what, but it's a little sweeter and more refined than regular omachi 🙄.
I was expecting it to be rougher, but the richness outweighed it 😁.

I've always had a strong taste for rice, but this one...
The moderate spiciness, citrusy acidity, and lightness without sharpness make it a great food sake!
