Traditional sake flavour... but with a strong hiyaoroshi fruity taste. Overall, the sharpness stands out, quite spicy! The acidity is there, too!
Enjoy the mellow depth of flavor with grilled and simmered fish... 🐟🐟
Kimasa's Autumn Agari. There you have it, the Aki Agari. This is the most robust of the Kishas. The ageing is certainly light, but the taste is quite light. I was supposed to go trekking in Hinohara village today, and have a bottle of Kishou at the hot spring... I knew I shouldn't have opened a bottle of Senkou Akatombo the day before. Today's Sunday is a good day for me.
A delicious local sake from Tokyo, Kimasa's summer sake. It has an unexpectedly gentle taste. The taste is mellower than the standard Junmai-shu. But the aftertaste is the typical Yoshimasa taste. An elegant and delicious sake.
This is the second cup of sake for dinner.
Nozaki Shuzo Kisho Junmai Sake, served cold.
There is no bitterness or miscellaneous flavors, and the acidity is moderate.
It has a crisp taste.
It is a good match for those who prefer a light, dry taste.
This is the first time I drank sake made in Tokyo, and I was disappointed in a good way.
You can buy it at Ajino Machidaya in Nakano.
It gives the impression of being the ultimate ordinary sake in both taste and aroma. If the amount of distribution increases, I think it will become a national sake with excellent cost performance, along with Hakkaisan and Shimeharizuru. It's delicious. Cheap and tasty is the side of justice.
