My favorite new sake from Kimasa. It's junmai, but it has a great aroma. Muscat type? It has a cucumber-like acidity and sweetness like Kuroryu. And it has a rough strength that is typical of new sake. Is this a Kimasa? It is surprisingly gorgeous. It is not like Kimimasa in a good sense. I met a new side of Kimasa.
This is the first time I saw this one! Kimasa. And it is a rare Tokyo sake!
Very refreshing and easy to drink! 🥺.
A little spicy?
I personally met another don't-miss drink!
Kisho, a souvenir from Seoto no Yu. Wow, a refreshing aroma of rice. The taste is rounded, with a soft sweetness and a pleasant, refreshing feeling that is typical of honjozo. It must be very hard to find unless you go there, I guess. So it is locally brewed sake because it is drunk and bought locally.
My favorite autumn sake from Kimasa. Soft, sweet aroma of rice. Slightly greenish. The taste is strong, with a solid core and a hint of sweetness. A pure rice sake with the quality and robustness that is typical of Kimasa.
Miyamanishiki 🌾 🅰️15 degrees
This is one of several Junmai sake with different labels. Probably Miyamanishiki is used. The official description of Junmai sake is "Gohyakumangoku".

Purchased at Gransta Tokyo. Previously stated to be made with Miyamanishiki. The current version is unknown. It's usually delicious, and the best to drink it on the shinkansen on the way home.

My favorite Kimasa also had a summer sake! The label is...sculpin? Two cute ones. Refreshing rice aroma. Awakening taste. Super refreshing. And light. The fatigue of working on a holiday for two days is gone.
This is my first sake from Tokyo.
It is a well-balanced sake, light, fruity and easy to drink, with just the right amount of acidity to go well with a variety of foods!
The retro label makes you think it is a nostalgic sake, but it also has a sense of modernity.

Junmai Nama Nama Sake🍶New Sake✨
Comfortable acidity and a little bit of aging ☺️ served with stewed taro 😋This kind of sparkling 🤩label is beautiful but when I take a picture of it, I can't help but see myself in it 😅I don't like it!

My favorite Junmai cup of Kimasa. I found it at a liquor store and bought it with a leap of the hand. The aroma is mild...and the taste is...a robust Junmai sake with a big thump. I love it again. I love fruity and juicy, and I also love robust and firm. Sagaminada, Kunigon, and Kimasa are perfect for the robust and firm style.
A dry sake with umami and a sharp taste.
It has a crisp and refreshing taste.
Goes well with gout hot pot.
It was hard to drink by itself, but it was good with food.
Manufacture date: October 2022
My husband was on a one-day business trip to Tokyo, so I asked him for some sake from Tokyo that he hadn't filled in on the map yet: ☺️
I gave him a memo 📝 with about 4 candidate brands after looking them up on Sake-no-Wawa and a liquor store that he could walk to from his office, but he said that was the only one in Tokyo there.
The aroma is classic and nice, and the drink is refreshing and goes well with food.
I served it cold with fried horse mackerel.
