It is a summer sake.
Dry mouthfeel and texture, but with a very firm, thick flavor.
Even when heated up, it is very warm.
It may not be the most refreshing, but at 13 degrees, it is definitely easy to drink even in summer!
Mr. Ota lives in Tateishi, Tokyo.
Nigeyasaku is a great oden shop that has a great selection of sake for heating up!
I checked off my wish list on Google Maps!
Hi Shinjou 😊
I was attracted by the cool label and drank the same one the other day, but I'm not sure if it was refreshing or not... I agree with you 😂 it tasted so wholesome even cold 🤭 there are so many places I want to visit in my map, flags and stars everywhere!
Hello Mr. Pon-chan!
I've heard about the redevelopment of this area, so I'll have to visit the shopping street.
I don't have much time for Tokyo.
I hope the downtown of Tokyo will remain as it has a lot of charm.
Hello Mr. Kotori (****)
I knew everyone would see it as cider... or so I thought.
I like the taste of it, so I'm completely satisfied with the result.
I'm also messed up with the flags because of Mr. Ota.
I can't digest it at all because of the new colo...
Shinjo-san
Kyonariseki is the place to go if you are a sake drinker👍.
Uchita is famous for its yakitori (grilled pork dumplings) and I keep coming back to this place.
Hmmm...
Since I learned about sake, I've only been to Tokyo for errands, so I haven't been to bars at all.
It's a bit of a hurdle, but I'm sure I'll make it by the time I die.
Fresh aroma.
When you drink it, it has a graininess with body and a sweet juicy taste.
It has a punchy flavor as it is.
The back of the bottle says that it can be drunk high, and it certainly looks good.
Taste degree ☆3/5
Blending two types of junmai sake with elegance and aroma made with Akita-style flower yeast (AK-1) and
Blended with two types of junmai sake with elegance and aroma made with Hana-komachi yeast (AK-1) and Akita-style Hana yeast (AK-1).
The blend is then filled with carbon dioxide gas that has a strong impact.
When poured into a glass, fine bubbles rise and the elegant ginjo aroma tickles the nostrils.
The moderate sweetness matches the sparkling stimulation. The light alcohol and refreshing acidity are perfect for a stimulating summer evening.
A sparkling junmai with the typical "Shuyooshi" flavor that reveals the juiciness of the rice.
Attracted by the cool label 👀.
I welcomed it expecting a cider or rumney-like flavor, but it wasn't quite that...
It's low alcohol, but it's got a strong ricey aroma and a somewhat classical flavor 😌.
I drank it well chilled, but I felt like I was drinking sake 🤭...sometimes I like this kind of sake too!
It's definitely refreshing, I'd prefer a little more umami, but conceptually it's fine. Watery, not sweet or fruity, no negatives from the classic, low alcohol and drinkable in a hurry.
Shuyoshi today.
A cup of sake from Akita. It is from the same Suzuki Sake Brewery as La Chante. It was founded in 1689!
It is hot, so it is served well chilled. It is light and dry, with a hint of citrus. It has a clear outline with a hint of sweetness and umami.
Excuse me, but it was better than I expected. I love cup sake because it betrays me in a good way.
I like the gap between the words "Sake King" on the label and "Mencoina," the rice used to make it.

Hideyoshi's daughter brews hideko jungin❣️
Ippozumi is Akita's sake rice 🌾.
It has an image of sake rice suitable for dry sake.
Hoshi's yeast is H Hideyoshi's own yeast.
The aroma is subdued and the flavor is crisp with the light flavor of Ippozumi 😋💕.
Later, a slight sweetness and gentle aftertaste 🎶.
Hideshiyoshi has a lot of men's sake, but this one is more like a food sake that is also for women 🤔.
Third, Miso Ramen from Bamiyan 🍜.
I was attracted by the name "Golden Ratio Miso Ramen" and ended up eating it even though I wasn't planning to eat Ramen.
The soup is rich, but not too strong, and you can drink it all up!
But I still don't think it's as good as ramen 💦.
T.KISO Good evening ^_^, lovely label on the sake ✨.
As for Manta, who is interested in ramen even when he goes to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, I'm tempted to try this one too, but ramen is still ramen at a ramen restaurant😁.
Good morning, Manta! ☀️
That's a cute label ❣️ not Shuyo Shira 😁.
The picture on the menu and the actual look of the food looks pretty good, but the broth is not so good💦.
but the broth was 💦.
Place of purchase】Suzuki Shuzo Brewery
One of the bottles purchased in bulk during a visit to a sake brewery.
One of the bottles purchased in bulk during a visit to a sake brewery. It has a fruity aroma, is slightly thickened, and is gentle to drink. A slight hint of grain in the aftertaste.
