Hiduyoshi received as a souvenir from a New Year's party I have an image that Hideshiyoshi tastes better a few days after opening the bottle, and this one is no exception! It tasted hard and so-so right after opening the bottle, but after 3-4 days, the impression changed completely. From the flat taste of the past, a clear acidity has opened up along with a savoriness that comes in a jolt, and the dry base has been covered by the savoriness and acidity. The flavor is now fuller and more vibrant, and it's ah~ delicious! Yes, this is it! This is what I mean! Thank you very much for the sake!

Scoring: ☆☆☆☆ Hideyoshi's Toro and ❣️ Cho muddy😆 The supernatant is only a few centimeters long and a bit cloudy. It's not a raw sake 🤣. It seems to be made by filtering the pure sake moromi that has finished fermenting through a coarse mesh and then kneading it into a fine powder using a commercial juicer mixer😅. They seem to use Akita's edible rice "Menkoina". But it's a rice that's rarely distributed💦. The aroma is a hint of banana🍌 ❣️ But the aroma of rice 🌾 type 😆. But it's surprisingly good 🤣, with a fine balance of richness and sweetness that I didn't expect. It's a dry sake with a doburoku level of sludge and a man's sake feel, just like Shuyo 💕. My partner said it was too spicy ‼️ and it didn't seem to be good, but my daughter said yes, it's good (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧. My daughter said it was good (๑-ⅳ-ㅂ́)و✧. It seems that tastes are different, but I also like the taste 😍👍 Just didn't go well with strawberry 😅.

It's cold every day. It snowed yesterday. On days like this, I like to drink hot sake 🍶😄. This is the sake I bought for heating up 🍶. I bought it at an event at my favorite liquor store. The store was nice enough to have a tasting comparison between hiya sake and heated sake 😊. This 🍶 didn't have the aroma characteristic of heated sake, It was easy to drink and delicious. When heated, the sweetness and umami of the rice flavor spread out. The acidity is a nice accent, no spiciness or bitterness. (For some reason, when I warmed it up at home, it smelled a little...is there a trick to it? 🙄 Well, it doesn't bother me 😄) It was delicious... Thanks for the treat 😋😋.

I feel like drinking Nigori-nagari this year! On my way home from work, I went to the Nishiki main store and got a bottle of Nigoro-nagori-nagori-nagori. In a word So-called amazake with alcohol in it but without the sweetness. It's so thick that you can almost feel the grains of rice. I still think I think I'd rather have a smooth and muddy 🤔. I want to buy Kido's nigori soon

a gift from a friend (just after opening the bottle) Drink chilled Slightly yellow in color and cloudy. A few fine bubbles on the inside of the glass. Aroma with a sense of maturity. Delicious in the mouth with a sense of weight and richness. There is no impression of aging at all. There is a slight sweetness in the aftertaste, but it is not sticky and refreshing. Overall, it has a classic flavor, but is easy to drink. Warmed to lukewarm The enhanced matured aroma is a little harsh. The taste is fuller, with a weak acidity and dryness. To be served hot The strong smell of alcohol lingers in the nose. The taste is a little lighter than lukewarm, but not too dry. When served cold, it does not go well with sashimi, but when heated, it becomes easier to pair with sashimi.
