It is sweet but has a thick core. It also has a strong acidity.
The label is pink in color and evokes Izumo, a place of marriage.

They are called "phantom beans" because of their short harvest season, but I was able to get some 👍.
They have a firm texture, a strong flavor, and are really great as a snack 😊.

Gassan is famous for its impregnable castle, Gassan Tomita Castle, and the best sake of the year was named "Gassan" and presented to the lord as the best sake. The name "Gassan" was derived from this historical background, aiming to "always produce the best sake like that offered to the lord". In other words, the origin of the name "Gassan" is the castle rather than the mountain.
It still has a slight effervescence and a sense of frothiness, and when I poured it into a glass, fine bubbles appeared. The full-bodied and tasty flavor is followed by a sweet and sour aftertaste.

I drank this sake at Tsubameya on Sun Road Nakamachi.
A sip, soft aftertaste and a soft sweet smell!
It is very tasty, strong, with no unpleasant acidity at all. Too much to my liking!
No bubbles.
