Off-line meeting with Kanto members on the second day (4)
We drank a lot of drinks on this day, but I don't remember what they tasted like (I ordered two kinds each, so my memory is getting more and more doubtful).
I'll summarize them here as a memo of remembrance.
Gassan
Another sake with an astringent taste.
I think I was drinking it while thinking that I wanted to raise the temperature.
Sashiki (figure)
I was a little excited when this one came out.
I think I drank it while saying "wow", but I don't remember the details.
Kamiwatari
How do you read that? I only remember that we drank it while saying
Seven Steps of the Snake
It's a Kumamoto sake, so I didn't drink it.
Nanbu Bijin
OCEAN99
Did I drink these two? I think they were served in the second half...
I was drinking as it was poured in the second half, so I was suspicious of what I was drinking...
So we drank for about 3 hours and closed the party...
After that, we finished up with ramen and split up!
Thank you all very much 🙇♂
We will be back again 👋
Ane here too 😁.
I have a picture... but there's a sake that I might not have drunk 😅.
It was a small restaurant but I was very satisfied with the food and drinks 😁.
Anyway, please keep your winter Yokohama schedule open 👋

At a sake meeting in Tokyo.
Tomonori is the name of the president of Yoshida Sake Brewery.
He is said to name the best barrel after himself.
The aroma has a discreet ginjo aroma.
The taste has a very good balance of sweetness, acidity, and bitterness. There is also a slight feeling of gas.
It is balanced at a high level and is delicious.
It also went very well with the yellowtail "nameko" (nameko is a Japanese name for yellowtail).
Earlier this month, I went to Shimane for a long time to procure sake 🚗.
This time I got Gassan✨.
Gassan reminds me of Gassan Tomita Castle, the residence of the San'in Warrior Lords, the Amago clan.
The sake brewery and other breweries are located in a place that finally opens up after passing through the mountains from Okuidumo Town to Hirose Town.

The aroma is fresh, the taste is sour, then sweet, and finishes with a touch of bitterness.
We enjoyed it with turban shell rice bowl and turban shell jar 😊.
I wonder how Lord Mori Motonari managed to get this far from Yoshida, Akitakada 💦.
It's far enough to drive😅
Good morning, soumacho!
You are a man of action to procure sake locally 🚙.
I had some sake from Shimane when I was on vacation with my parents and I remember it was all delicious 😋.
This one looks like it would go well with a meal too 😊.
Hi soumacho 😃
Shimane is another place I would like to visit and I would love to try a bottle of Gassan 😌 and the turban shells 🐚 look delicious 😋 it's worth the trip 👍
Good morning, ma-ki- 😀
It's really fun to see the sake everywhere you go ✨.
I regret that I don't get to go east from Kyoto very often 🥲💦.
It's a fresh sake that's easy to combine with food 😊.
Hi Jay & Nobby 😀
Shimane has an abundance of food from the sea and the mountains👍.
And it's reasonably priced too 😙.
There are also quite a few places to go sightseeing 🚗.
The prefecture is very wide 💦.
You should definitely try some Gassan too 😊.

The previously delicious Gassan
Found a new green 🌳ver. 👀♪
Slightly effervescent 🫧 from
Soft and smooth 🍃.
Fresh! A true fresh green ✨.
Tastes better chilled 🤤.
Also good without any entrée ◎.
I wanted to enjoy this sake for what it is 🍶.
We were told that the president of the brewery, Mr. Tomonori, would be serving the best tanks of the brewery with the name Tomonori.
It is a well-balanced bottle with a strong sweetness, but also aromatic and flavorful.
