This sake was drunk during the Chou-you Festival. It has a clear aroma rather than a fruity aroma? It's a good sake with a delicious rice flavor and a refreshing aftertaste.

The balance shines through. The impression is that sweetness, sourness, umami, and bitterness come together just right. It's lightly sipped, and it's good for sipping sake. I could drink this drink on its own for a long time! When it's freshly opened and cold, it has a watery, clear taste. It also has a slight spicy taste. I often think recently that the way you feel it changes depending on the temperature range is one of the interesting and difficult aspects of sake. Compared to the same junmai ginjo sake (Ryosuka), the acidity is more subdued and the taste is more pronounced. On the third day after opening it, I felt the flavors opened up and the gentle sweetness and umami reached its peak! It's very tasty.

Refreshing! Spicy keema curry and this sharpness is a nice match! The slightly sour taste and the gorgeous aroma on the aftertaste is delicious! I think the sweetness will spread a little more when the temperature rises! I didn't have an image of Gassan as being fruity, but it was interesting!

I went to Shimane Prefecture for the first time this year and casually picked up a bottle of sake as a souvenir for myself, but it was so good I drank it all in a second. I would love to go back to Shimane Prefecture.

Continued drinking at a restaurant in Nagoya. I have almost no memory of the taste, so this is just a record of what I drank.... This is a sake from Shimane, which I was somewhat curious about when I first saw it. It was described as dry, but I got the impression that it was crisp and easy to drink. I would like to drink it again. Rice polishing ratio 70%. Alcohol content 16

Alcoholic Beverage 16%. Rice: Gohyakumangoku Polishing ratio 60 Sake meter degree +1 Acidity 1.7 Mukai Tenju, Ohroku... I like Shimane's sake. This time it is Gassan, which is sometimes introduced in the SakeLab. How does it taste? Here we go! Sweet aroma of muscat. Very soft brewing water. The overall atmosphere is calm, and the sake is light and ladylike, without being pushy in any way. It has a moderate muscat-like sweetness, a long, thin acidity like a spider thread, and a calmness that sinks in gradually. This deliciousness dissipated quietly, as if the former Gassan Tomita Castle had become the site of a dream. I thought it was a nice sake, sweet and tasty, yet calm and quiet. I knew Shimane was great. Thank you again for the sake tonight!
