Imanishiki, I've had it outside a few times, but this is the first time I've had it at home.
There was a little lees at the bottom of the bottle.
Fresh and juicy. It's not extremely sweet, but it has an apple-like flavor.
I got the impression that the sake I drank at the traveling SAKE shop in Umeda Hankyu was sweeter and tastier.
It seems to have been in danger of going out of business, but now that it is under the umbrella of Ina Shokuhin Kogyo, known for Kantenpappa, it is available at Kantenpappa stores all over the country.
In the Kansai region, there is a directly managed store in Senriyama.
From the picture on the internet, it looks like they have a refrigerator and they seem to have fresh sake.
It's close to Jutoku Sake Shop, so it might be a good idea to go to the other one too 😆.
