Open the bottle! 🌠 The sweet aroma of rice drifts faintly in the air😄. The first glass is a cold sake. Rich, soft, and robust. 😋 The second glass is lukewarm or hot ❗ The rice flavor is nice 😋 A little nostalgic, I️ surprisingly like the taste of Junmai sake🎶. Tonight I paired it with shabu shabu and it was a good match for the meat👍. I recommend drinking it warmed up with strong flavored food and cheese😄.

I couldn't stand still and went to Kamikame no Yakata after I got a 20 years aged Hikoson at a famous store in Urawa 😂. There was a 9 year old one and I didn't hesitate to buy it 💖I kept it warm that night and tried it at ♨️ The nutty aroma of ripeness and the spread of umami and sweetness is a big hit 🥜. It's not fluffy, but it's a big bang 💥 but not too dry and gorgeous 🤤 so you want to drink it over and over again. I wish I knew about heated Shinkame earlier 🥺.

It is said to have been aged for three years, although this is not emphasized up front. The firm flavor typical of Saitama sake is matched by the matured caramel aroma. It is not the type of sake with a gorgeous aroma, but the aroma of green bamboo and honeysuckle is well balanced with the junmai-like rice flavor.
