I chose this sake as a souvenir for a Carp fan.
The day before purchasing the sake, I was invited by a high school classmate to go to zoom stadium to watch a Hanshin game.
I went to see the Hanshin game at Zoom Stadium.
(Mr. Kikkawa, who is one grade below me, threw out the first pitch, so many alumni came to see the game.

Glorious Sake Mirai.
I had never had it before,
I was curious and bought it.
It has almost no aroma.
Almost no aroma. 16% alcohol content,
It has a more robust taste.
I was more impressed by the bitterness than the sweetness.
I have a strong impression of bitterness rather than sweetness.
If anything, it is more dry.
It is not sharp, though,
It leaves a subtle sweetness.
Well, in my opinion, it ranks
I would rank it low in the Sake Mirai category.

Houken Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Hi-ire
Rating 4.3
Rice: Sakemirai from Yamagata Prefecture, Rice polishing ratio: 55%, Alcohol content: 16-17%.
It has an elegant and beautiful sweetness like Wasanbon, but still retains the crispness typical of Houken.
It was brewed with the koji molding that brings out the flavor of the rice and low-temperature storage in mind. The number is dry, but there is a firm sweetness.
Gorgeous fragrance 🌺
Soft and fresh 🎵
Sweet and tasty first impression: 👍️
Spiciness joins in the middle 😲.
A bit dry too 😉.
Junmai sake blended with junmai ginjo-shu and junmai daiginjo-shu blame 🍶.
