Super dry. I was asked to choose one that goes well with sushi. It has a nice crispness that is good for summer. A little too spicy for winter.

First visit to Yajima Sake Shop in Funabashi
A place known as a quintessential sake store.
There was a large amount of nice sake on the shelves.

I went to Oikawa Sake yesterday not knowing it was closed and got rejected 💦 will try again next time!

Quite sharp. The moment you put it in your mouth, you can feel the strong flavor of rice for a moment. It is not just dry.

Junmai-shu NagiraClear drinking! It is the kind of sake you would want to drink on a daily basis. There is a light bitterness in the aftertaste, and the sharpness is outstanding. It also gives the impression of being loaded with umami. Although it requires refrigeration, it tastes great even when it is close to room temperature!

Mr. Tetsuya Doi, the brewery owner, was introduced in the magazine "Sake dancyu vol.1".
It was a very interesting story!
It has a light taste, but it finishes well.
I thought it was a sake that goes well with food.
We will definitely win...Carp!
