Today I bought a bottle at Sake-no-Osaka-ya the other day! Houken Junmai-shu Retro by Houken Shuzo! The aroma is mild. The taste is made from Hachitan-Nishiki. The first taste is sweet and the second is clear. It is delicious!

In fact, the most popular brand recently is Glorious Regent's. I heard that they use local rice, but I wonder if it's the water that makes it so special. I feel a sense of depth and sophistication in this beer. It's so good!

A souvenir for my return trip to my parents' home. Since all I had was sweet sake, I got a bottle of the Junmai-shu super-harsh sake from Hoho that was featured in dancyu! It goes well with meals! Although it is super dry, it also has a moderate sweetness that makes it very tasty!
