Junmai Ginjo 🍶Kure ✨Spring-fed brewed with Hachitan Nishiki🌾 from Kure City, Hiroshima Prefecture The first additional glass 😅 as I was a little short on the sake set. Clear ⭐️ dry with a sharp taste. The Honjozo and Normal sake in the tasting set was good, but this one is still superior. Paired it with the conger eel nigiri and tetsubi rolls 😋. I buy this sake every year because it is a cosy sake. It goes in smoothly and is soft at first. It is soft at first, with little acidity and umami.

First visit to Yajima Sake Shop in Funabashi A place known as a quintessential sake store. There was a large amount of nice sake on the shelves. and Houken, which I don't usually drink which is far away from the popular sake a bit strong bitterness I would say it's pungent, but... I'll give it a few more days. Enjoy the weekend! 🍶

The fireworks were amazing 🎆 I couldn't see much from my house because of the smoke, but the sound was amazing! It is often said that TDL is a drinker's TDL! Yajima Sake Brewery is the pride of Chiba, except for Imameya which is also located in Tokyo!

I didn't know that fireworks can cause ashes...it didn't seem windy so you were close to the venue! Wish I had a good find at Yajima Sake Shop 🍶. I went to Oikawa Sake yesterday not knowing it was closed and got rejected 💦 will try again next time!
