This is my favorite sake I have had recently. It is so pure and heartwarming. In a good sense, there is no bitterness, pungency, sourness, or anything like that. There is really nothing at all, but it is enough.
Only a clear, gentle sweetness soaks through, and the saliva glands salivate ✨.
It is said to have won various awards including a silver medal in the Junmai Sake category at the IWC 2024 Wine Awards. For women and foreigners who are new to sake, you can't go wrong with this. Drink it in a wine glass. It would be a great alternative to cheese, ajillo, or white wine 🍾.
Good evening, mayu 😃.
We had our first Tokushima sake 🍶, a Naruto sea bream sandesi, and it hasn't happened since 🥲.
Enough for nothing😍I suddenly want to drink it after reading this review😙.
Maybe too sweet for Jay & Nobby. I told the staff at Asano Sake Shop that I wanted a bubbly or lees-based drink and this is it for me 😅I thought I'm not good with white wine types and it ascended. I won't go against your recommendation anymore lol.
Good morning, mayu 🐥.
Naruto sea bream has a stylish bottle like wine 😳and it looks so delicious ❣️ I'm curious because I've only had the more classic version 😊.
Good evening, Pon-chan! I poured a little into a wine glass every day and enjoyed it, but now it is finally empty (lol). I was surprised to find myself drinking sake in a different way than I usually do. Please try it!
At "Fukuhana" in Akishima City, Tokyo.
This was the first time I had Tokushima Prefecture's local sake.
It was a slightly mellow and slightly sweet sake.
It is a trophy of my trip to Shikoku.
Very refreshing and easy to drink. It's a bad one😅.
It's cloudy, so if you mix it up, it gets a bit sweeter and thicker, making it even easier to drink!
It was a food sake that didn't interfere with the meal.
Served with black maitake mushrooms and yam tempura 🥰.
This sake is from a brewery in Naruto, Tokushima Prefecture. It has a good umami and acidity, with a nice aftertaste, and I paired it with fish dishes. It is a delicious sake.
This is a sake I obtained on this trip to Shikoku!
We went to this sake brewery that brews Naruto Tai! I wasn't planning to go there, but the typhoon hit and changed many plans (lol).
It was a good wind for me, so I went here.
There was an event last weekend, the day I visited, and this is the one that was left. They say it has a strong flavor because it is pumped directly from the tank. It's good. I am a sucker for limited editions, so I bought it without hesitation. And I chose other sakes until I could get the free shipping amount.
I drank it after it arrived at my house, and the first sip was really strong! The rice and alcohol taste was amazing.
But it settled down with time and I enjoyed the change in taste as the label says.
I'm looking forward to drinking the other sakes as well.
Made with 100% Tokushima rice, this sake features the iconic Naruto sea bream of the Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery on a wine bottle 🍶.
It has a subtle sweet aroma, and the mouthfeel has a delicious acidity taste, especially the sharpness of the acidity, combined with a clean aftertaste and a white wine-like structure 😋.
I am a sucker for sake made with local ingredients. Naruto Tai Tomoe is a junmai ginjo made with Yamadanishiki from Tokushima Prefecture. It has a melon flavor and a calmness to it, very nice. I'm a little biased. 😅
Ingredients: Rice (domestic), Rice malted rice (domestic)
Rice used: Awaichiba Yamadanishiki (produced in Tokushima)
Polishing ratio 58
Alcohol content 15
Refreshing sake with tropical aroma and rich acidity.
You can enjoy its complex, multi-layered flavor.
This junmai ginjo is brewed with a completely new yeast, born from LED irradiation and used only by sake breweries in Tokushima Prefecture.
The colorful label is also innovative.
I saw a 🏪sake🍶 I've never seen before at a convenience store in Tochigi Prefecture, so I bought two bottles on impulse😅.
🏝️It had a gorgeous aroma reminiscent of tropical fruit🥭 with a rich acidity✨.
It said 😆.
It's really delicious like that💕
I love how sweet it is😍.
This is "Naruto Tai Tomoe" from the Honke Matsuura Sake Brewery in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture.
I had it the other day at a tavern on a business trip.
My memory is a little fuzzy, but I think it was a refreshing and delicious sake.
