At an izakaya (Japanese-style bar) on Sapporo's Raccoon Alley, the second glass of Niseko Shuzo Junmai Ginjo-shu, a sake made with Aoki's and Onoe's Comet Sake Rice. This sake is made from Mr. Aoki's and Mr. Onoe's "Sake Rice Comet". It has a refreshing taste. Goes well with sashimi.

It is a 100% Hokkaido "Comet" sake made by Niseko Shuzo!
When I called ☎️ before visiting the brewery, they replied that they would be back at 2:00 p.m. as they were out visiting a grave with their family.
I felt sorry for him, but when I visited him, he was very friendly and made me feel at home 😊. There were many sake on display for tasting, and we were told that we could drink as much as we wanted at ❤️. The tasting attendant, Pekho-san, liked this sake 🍶.
However, when Peckho-san said, "We have an on-board refrigerator ❣️😍," I said, "Oh, well, no problem then👍," and he brought it out from the refrigerator in the back and we safely purchased it 😍.
He said that it was hot ❗️ over 30 degrees Celsius, so when I told him that there are days when the temperature in Saitama is close to 40 degrees Celsius, everyone was very quiet (laugh).
I have to preface this long, but it is delicious 😋.
I felt that the taste was in the same vein as yesterday's 100% Comet sake from Kamikawa Taisetsu Brewery, but the spiciness was more pronounced in this one. I got the impression that it was not only spicy, but also had a strong umami flavor 👍.
I was so impressed when they brought out a four-part bottle of nama-shu from the back ✨The rice flavor was sweeter than when I tasted it, and the taste was sharp and dry! We tasted a lot of sake, had sakekasu ice cream and the famous karinto, and were full of happiness 🥰.

Hokkaido seems to be refreshing even though it's the same temperature of 30 😙, but an on-board fridge! This is a strong weapon 💪I'd love to have a nice dry cold shabu shabu 😍.

Aroma is a bit heavy 😳, but it's quite fruity on the palate. Quite fruity on the palate. It has a nice dry melon flavor and good acidity. My wife says it is light and delicious. I'd like to pair it with grilled fish. It would be great with grilled fish, as it is from Hokkaido 😆.
