I finished off this evening by heating up the Jun Daigin (allowed because I am an amateur) (1 to 2 gou every night, 3 early in the morning when work is going well). Fumotoi = Fumotoy. I couldn't read it (I cried)... It is from Sakata, Shonai area on the Sea of Japan side of Yamagata Prefecture. It is old-fashioned, classic, but modern style. It is an old-fashioned and classic sake, but it has a modern style of "shu-shu". I am not confident about my taste buds tonight as I am on my third sip (-_-;)(*´Д`) This sake is suitable for both occasions, when you have a lot of people over for a good time, or when you make a toast to reward yourself on the weekend. I love this sake (*^^*)", I don't have enough words to say, but it is "delicious" to the last drop. Thank you very much. Thank you. This moment when I can think so is the best.
