I know fukui has some kind of austere image 😅. But when I tried it, I found it very easy to drink and delicious ❗️. It's a sake with a characteristic sourness as shown on the label, and it tastes rather modern 😄. It has a delicious flavor and the acidic aftertaste is refreshing and very tasty 👍

Furoi is also a snow goddess, in the vein of Yamaboshi Yuki-no-Megami. This is delicious! The aroma is elegant and the taste is sweet. The flavor is sweet, with a touch of sourness and a moderate bitterness. I think this is delicious no matter who drinks it. The label is cute and looks good. It may be the overall winner of this year's sake.

KIKUFES 2023 Winter Edition" ㉝ This is a premium sake that we also drank at the October sake tasting event. Fumotwi: "Fumotwi," "Namahashime," "Doubottobin," "Junmai Daiginjo," "Yamadanishiki," and "Chukadori. The aroma is mild but sweet. It was said to be made from the "Namo Hashiroshi" method, but it had a caramel-like aroma that passed through my nose, and I felt it was matured. I used to think it was a very good sweet flavor and I liked it, but I will have to check it out again 😁.
