The aroma is fresh and invigorating, like breathing fresh mountain air.
In the mouth, it is fruity and delicious, with the complex umami and other tastes of nama-zake. The lingering taste on the tongue is also nice.
It's good, but I don't think I really like the complexity of nama-shu.

It came while I was waiting for the seafood tempura. (*^^*) This is dry. I prefer fruity, so dry is going to be a dry comment.
I guess this kind of taste is good to drink austere while contemplating. It's not wai-wai. (*^^*)
I guess I'm still quiet, thinking I've been warned.
This is Jun Daigin Yamadanishiki from Fumotoi. I don't think it is famous, but I drank it in Yamagata and got hooked. It has a sweet yet refreshing taste. I think it is hard to find, but I recommend it.
