Our goal was to create a junmai ginjo-shu that was as refreshing as possible. Enjoy it with taranome or moso tempura." From the official pamphlet of Yamagata Sake Wholesalers.
I finished off this evening by heating up the Jun Daigin (allowed because I am an amateur) (1 to 2 gou every night, 3 early in the morning when work is going well). Fumotoi = Fumotoy. I couldn't read it (I cried)... It is from Sakata, Shonai area on the Sea of Japan side of Yamagata Prefecture. It is old-fashioned, classic, but modern style. It is an old-fashioned and classic sake, but it has a modern style of "shu-shu". I am not confident about my taste buds tonight as I am on my third sip (-_-;)(*´Д`) This sake is suitable for both occasions, when you have a lot of people over for a good time, or when you make a toast to reward yourself on the weekend. I love this sake (*^^*)", I don't have enough words to say, but it is "delicious" to the last drop. Thank you very much. Thank you. This moment when I can think so is the best. I'm sure I'll repeat the same experience.

I have returned to Tokyo.
I'm having a get-together with acquaintances this evening.
Summer sake please! was the request.
The first thing that came out was a well-chilled Yamagata "Fumotwi" 🍶.
It is a limited time sake.
It is sweet but has a robust flavor and a refreshing taste.
It is a pleasant sake with a sweet but robust flavor and a refreshing taste.
The aroma is fresh and invigorating, like breathing fresh mountain air.
In the mouth, it is fruity and delicious, with the complex umami and other tastes of nama-zake. The lingering taste on the tongue is also nice.
It's good, but I don't think I really like the complexity of nama-shu.
⭐︎:3.5
It tastes great, and after drinking it, you can taste the rice flavor in your mouth, like amazake (sweet sake). It tastes like sweet rice wine in your mouth after you finish it.
Polishing ratio 50%.
Alcohol 16%.
100% Yamadanishiki from Hyogo Prefecture
The aroma was melon.
The label said the aroma was reminiscent of fresh Japanese pears.
It is if you ask me.
The label is somewhat of an Okinawan parody.
Sweet and sour aroma. Berry-like.
Contains berries. Strawberry jam, grape juice.
Sourness with a hint of tartness.
It is juicy, but surprisingly light and crisp.
It is light and crisp.
It is like a wine.
The acidity gives a refreshing feeling.
Delicious!

It came while I was waiting for the seafood tempura. (*^^*) This is dry. I prefer fruity, so dry is going to be a dry comment.
I guess this kind of taste is good to drink austere while contemplating. It's not wai-wai. (*^^*)
I guess I'm still quiet, thinking I've been warned.
This is Jun Daigin Yamadanishiki from Fumotoi. I don't think it is famous, but I drank it in Yamagata and got hooked. It has a sweet yet refreshing taste. I think it is hard to find, but I recommend it.
