Nara 2024 Tenpyo Festival at the Autumn Soraku Festa I ordered the first glass as an aperitif. It looked maidenly and I imagined it to be fruity and soft, but it had a surprisingly sharp taste and seemed to go well with nabe (hot pot). It was an easy-drinking sake with no sharp characteristics, and just plain delicious!

sake brewed with water (as opposed to sake made from yeast) Sake with a strong taste and acidity. On its own, I didn't like it very much. But when paired with Mimuro's "inaka", it became very tasty. Surprisingly, it goes very well with red bean paste. It was an interesting sake that gives a very different impression depending on the food pairing. It was a very interesting sake that changes impressions depending on the combination.

Personal Notes Sour sake brewed with mizumoto. Not unpleasantly sour, but sweet and fruity. It is different from other Hanabatake, but it is very tasty.
