I had a rare Sado sake that I used to drink a long time ago. It has been a long time since I drank it, but I wanted to see what it tasted like.
It tasted clear and slightly fruity when drunk cold, but it also had a strong and spicy taste.
The spiciness was even more pronounced when heated, so I would recommend drinking it cold or at room temperature.
It has a strong hit, so it would be good with deep fried foods such as tempura, or foods with strong flavors.

The fourth kind is the best!
This is also my first time to drink
Clear and crisp!
I guess it's a light, refreshing type?
Of course, I'm getting very drunk as usual.
The first two drinks are sweet, so the impression afterwards becomes refreshing 🤣.
Kawahagi no kimo with rice,
This was also delicious 😋.
Finally, another glass of sangen no tsuki (a treat even though it was expensive!)
Another fun and tasty drink 😄.
Memorandum for myself
It has been quite a while since I have had a bottle of Itaru-san.
It has been a long time since I have had a bottle of Itaru-san.
It is still fruity and my favorite.
It has a moderate aftertaste and wears off nicely, so I never get tired of it.
This is like a traditional sake.
It is not too sweet and has a full-bodied flavor.
Because it is a pure sake, it is a little strong at 18%, and has a bit of bitterness, but the aftertaste is refreshing.
It is best to drink it like I do, by yourself, in silence.
