Special Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake🍶 Yamadanishiki🌾.
A little grassy? But it's not unpleasant, and it's ✨sure. Slightly dry and semi-dry. Mild with a touch of sweetness on a flat plate rather than a glass. Very gentle with raw bell bell pepper meat stuffing🫑: ☺️

I was transferred to Kanagawa and came across this sake at a restaurant I was looking for on GoogleMap and wanted to visit someday.
It was a no mark. I am sorry...
Sweet and sour, cold and room temperature 212110
Full of sweetness and umami, yet dry to the taste.
Manufactured in 2023, but the brewing year is 2020.
The second drink in the rainy season sky. (^o^)
This one is refreshing, but it also has sourness and punch. I guess it is typical of Fukuoka.
It's the second cup after a meal, it's the finishing touch. (^o^)
