Ayahana Summer Sake with Hiragana Labels
According to the liquor store, it's very popular these days.
Refreshing, gentle sweetness and
and a little bit of hearty flavor.
Finishes off with a bit of spiciness ✨👍.
Delicious!
I'm sipping a little bit of Fukuoka's souvenir sake 🍶.
This is Ayahana Slightly Active Nigori.
The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity.
It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste.
The slight bitterness of nigori gives it a sharp finish.
It is well-balanced and delicious.
I can't find Ayahana nigori in Tokyo.
I will have to order it next year 🤔.
Hakata city seemed to have had a hard time during the Korona period, and there were a few cases of "aged sake" in the store that were purchased during that time 😌.
The top aroma is sweet with a hint of maturity and acidity.
In the mouth, it has a full-bodied sweetness with a slightly stronger acidity than the R5BY.
It is not as fresh as the R5BY new sake we had the other day, but this was delicious ✨🍶.
Good morning, Matsuchiyo-san ☀Good morning ☀Ayahana drink comparison 😆The raw sake looked really good this year, but I bet it's also delicious when it's laid down this long with a calm and rich taste 😋.
Good morning Peco ✨
You have a good eye, Peco-san 😆.
I didn't drink a lot of the liquors that were laid down because I was prioritizing the ones I didn't know about 🍶, but I did get to drink some pretty interesting stuff 🍶.

Since Tsuyodai-san was drinking it, I was too curious and rushed to the Asahi Kiku dealer without checking! There it was! I bought it! Bon appétit 🙏!
Hou! It's dry, slightly effervescent, with a strong sake taste and a nice bitterness at the end. I think it's a pretty good food sake.
Let's try Asahi Kiku or Ayahana next time 😆.
I'm traveling a bit and was surprised by the outstanding sweetness and flavor of Ayahana's raw sake😍.
The first aroma is sweet like wasanbon.
In the mouth, it is sweet and gorgeous, with a sweetness and richness like Wasanbon and a hint of sourness.
The ginjo aroma escapes through the nose.
I have had a hiyayoroshi of Ayahana before, but it left a completely different impression.
Come to think of it, Tanaka Sixty-five was also gorgeous when it was a nama-shu.
The proprietress of the store told me that most Fukuoka sake is made as a food sake, so the aroma is not so strong.
At the store, I met a woman who drank with gusto and another woman who was a senior (!) at my elementary school in my birthplace, Omuta. I enjoyed a deep and fun night in Nishinakasu from the very first day.
Fukuoka is a great place after all🤗.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san.
I see that you were born in Fukuoka! I hope you are enjoying your trip👍.
I have never seen this brand before 😳 Is it similar to Tanaka Sixty-five's Nama Sake? I'm curious because I like it very much 😁.
Good evening, Pon-chan.
There are two brands, Asahi Kiku and Daichi, which are famous for heated sake.
It tastes sweeter and richer than Tanaka Sixty-five's draft, and has a delicious flavor like Shinkame's draft.
It tastes sweeter and richer than Shinkame's nama sake and has a delicious flavor like Shinkame's nama sake.
Good evening, Matsuchiyo-san!
Fukuoka is really a nice place, isn't it?
I'm excited to be in Kanto right now, but I wonder if I'll ever get homesick.... I wonder if I'll ever get homesick 💦.
Good morning, Chichi 🌞.
You may feel that pork ramen is not enough for you, but there are a lot of different temptations (meaning), so I'm sure you'll be fine, but be careful 😆.
♥♥♥♥🩵 First time drinking Ayahana's unfiltered nama-shu. I wondered what would happen to that gentleness, but was reassured by the gentle taste with the impact of the raw sake, as expected.
