For my second cup, I got ayahana 😁. It is hiya oroshi ✨ The aroma is mild and the flavor of the rice is very strong ✨. It is a delicious sake that I want to drink slowly 😁.

The aroma seemed weak, but the flavor on the palate and through the nose is pleasant. It is a dry sake that would go well with sashimi. ↓ Postscript I think this might be the first time I've had a sake that changed so much. I'm so excited 💕

Tepid warmed sake. Fairly dry! The umami when you finish it is very strong. I would pair it with fatty sashimi rather than salty snacks.

I'm sipping a little bit of Fukuoka's souvenir sake 🍶. This is Ayahana Slightly Active Nigori. The aroma is sweet with a hint of acidity. It has a refreshing sweet and sour taste. The slight bitterness of nigori gives it a sharp finish. It is well-balanced and delicious. I can't find Ayahana nigori in Tokyo. I will have to order it next year 🤔.
