Asahi Chrysanthemum brought back from the Obon cemetery bullet tour.
This is the first brand of Asahi Kiku. After all, it is a Kyushu sake, so it is hard to find it in Tohoku.
The aroma is almost unrecognizable.
The mouthfeel is clean and dry, but with enough umami to satisfy the taste buds. It has a classical impression. It is good to drink this kind of sake once in a while!
Don't torture me, I'll just say sake words without permission.
〜Cold Chinese noodles with soy sauce or sesame seeds? Sesame? Lemon? 〜Soy sauce or sesame seeds?
Thank you for the food!
Ayahana Special Junmai Yamadanishiki
Full-bodied smell. It smells like cooked rice.
It has a gentle sweet aroma without being floral.
The taste is crisp. It has a strong acidity.
It is sharp and leaves no aftertaste.
I bought a bottle of Ayahana Slightly Sparkling Nigori when I went to Fukuoka last year.
There were no stores in Tokyo that carried it, so I went to Sakatoya in Mizonokuchi to buy it 🍶.
The first aroma is sweet with a hint of koji and acidity.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the slight carbonation.
The sweetness of juicy rice with a slight bitterness and a refreshing crispness.
It was delicious again this year 🍶✨️
