It has a fresh aroma, which is probably a characteristic of the yeast. Since it is a 17% sake, it is naturally firm and has a refreshing sweetness.
Since it was the day of the "leftovers sale," we had oyakonichimi, stir-fried eggplant, yangnyom chicken, soaked green pepper, and curry as snacks.
It went well with the sweet oyako-niko stew.
But curry was not bad either!
