Takachiyo is my new favorite. The label is a bit glossy, but it's so cloudy that it made me drool just looking at it.
It is a sweet and delicious sake that does not disappoint, and the flavor is even more delicious about 4 or 5 days after opening the bottle.

Alcohol 15%.
It arrived in the September hanpukai. The other bottle is hiyaoroshi from the south. Exactly the same combination as last September. I guess it was a disappointment in my opinion. Well, there are months like this, aren't there?
I opened a bottle of Kin-san and Gin-san because it was too good to drink them gobbled up.
However, the combination was too bad, and after Kin-san Gin-san, this sake looks a little too cute.
On the 2nd and 3rd day, I was the Akaban and my wife was the Kin-san Gin-san 😭.
Gentle on the palate, its apple-like fruitiness is as refreshing as the bottle itself. A medium-bodied, clear sake from Dewa Sanzu to enjoy at the end of summer.

This chawanmushi is made with a luxurious amount of one Japanese matsutake mushroom. We are starting to feel the autumn season with the autumn swordfish and other fish!
