Recommendation! The first sip has a peculiar aroma, but it gradually changes to a fruity aroma. It has a sour taste with a crisp rice flavor on the finish. When lukewarm, the peculiar aroma disappears, but so does the fruity flavor.
We paired it with Tanzawa, which has an original label from Kobachi, and eggplant from the Miura Peninsula. It was a sake that goes well with summer foods.
