They had a pretty good selection! There were a lot of things I wanted to buy, but since I was there, I went to the Aichi sake corner!
I was curious about this one, but had never had it before, so I took it home with me.
There were about 3 kinds of sake, but I wasn't sure what they were, so I went with the one called Harukageiro (a little muddy), which was the only one left.
I thought "fewer, more popular, more popular, tastier" 🤣.
I started with a little top clear because there is a little lees sinking in.
I can taste the sweetness, but the acidity has more impact.
A little bit of a schwash!
Now, when you mix it, it becomes a little mellower?

The cherry blossoms along the river near my house were only about half bloomed, but along the Meguro river in Tokyo, they were in full bloom🌸, so early! I thought 😲.

My first Ko no Tsukasa.
It's a good thing about hanpukai that you can encounter sakes you've never had before.
The aroma is mild, with a hint of muscat.
The sweetness and deliciousness is first felt, but the acidity soon arrives and it is quickly snapped up.
This is delicious!

Takashi no Tsukasa is my new favorite 🎶.
It's made with super soft water called "Kamisui",
It has a soft mouthfeel and a delightful throat 💓.
This one is full of fruity, slight schwag and freshness,
but the base is still soft and beautiful.
I would recommend it to those who are tired of the spring fresh sake festivals!
I found udo on sale at the nearest supermarket.
Today we are enjoying spring even more with udo dishes.
I made udo with salted kelp for the first time.
This might be my favorite way to eat udo.
It's not a perfect pairing! Not exactly,
But I feel happy with good sake and good food. ☺️👍

It is brewed with "Yumesansui" grown in the Okumikawa area and the brewery's signature super soft "Jinsui" water (divine water)!
I was curious about this brand, which I've been seeing a lot at Sake-no-wa lately 😊.
The aroma is a refreshing ginjo aroma, light gasiness on the palate, sweet and fresh citrus flavor, with a slight acidity that wears thin 😁.
I had a light cold over the weekend due to the change of season, but anyway, it is a dangerous sake that can be enjoyed on its own without any problems!
