It smells very nice, like calpis and green apple. ❗️
The mouthfeel is fresh with a nice pizzazz 😊.
It's as satisfying as biting into a ripe LaFrance 🤤.
To put it simply, like Calpis? Like a lactic acid cocktail? It's like a lactic acid cocktail 🍸.
And yet, it has a strong umami, acidity, sharpness, and a taste of sake 🤤.
This is one of the most outstanding and shockingly delicious sake I have had recently 😋🤤😋🤤😋🤤.

Today I went to an art museum in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa.
After seeing sculptor Okazaki-san's paintings, we stopped by Imanaya in Kiyosumi-Shirakawa and had some of these that we had stocked up on.
It's the first time I've had this at Iemomi. When mixed with ori, it has a sour taste. In the mouth, it has a sweet and sour taste with a pleasant dryness in the second half. I think it goes well with mild mayonnaise such as bonito in mayo soy sauce or potato salad. Delicious✨
The color scheme of the picture I gave you was similar to the label of Eiko-Fuji's Survival, so I took a picture of it 🌃

I wanted to take a picture of the label, but the waitress seemed busy, so I gave up asking.
I looked it up and found that it was supposed to be dry by Takashi no Tsukasa, but it seemed sweet! It was so juicy and delicious, I want to drink more! It was the kind of sake that makes you want more😍.

The color is cloudy and the aroma is yogurt-like and banana-like. The attack is loose, with a little sweetness, a little acidity, and umami without bitterness or astringency, and a lingering, refreshing finish. It is easy to drink like drinking yogurt. It is a sake with a clear aftertaste, so it does not interfere with food, but it is also good to drink by itself as a dessert. I would like to try other series.

Purchased at Takashimaya store. While talking with Ms. Ito, the female toji, about various topics, I felt the recent appeal of Ko no Tsukasa.
The rice is local Yumesansui, the water is super soft, and the sake is carefully brewed by hand.
This sake is refreshing as a summer sake and can be drunk very easily with a light nigori taste.
We have been invited to do some plucking of our own rice paddies, but we are still contemplating it. 😋😋😋😋

For my 100th commemorative check-in, I'm going to have this one that I've been curious about but haven't been able to drink 🎶🍶.
Let's start with the aroma🎶✨️It's not gorgeous, but it has a beautiful ginjo aroma like sweet and sour lychee 😉✨️😉.
In the mouth...it is indeed super soft water❗It is mellow 😋🎶and also has a slight piquancy that matches the mellowness🫧🫧 and finally a mildly sharp finish🍶🍶It is very gentle and delicious sake as rumored🍶👍️

Father's Day is gone and today was another busy day 💦 but honestly, it's like Father's Day every day that everyone is doing well and we can have a drink every night while slowly watching the news😊.
Well, this time I brought home for the first time Takashi's Tsukasa🟢, a new challenge for us, although we are a dobrokku family when it comes to summer muddiness.
When I open the bottle, it's just a pusher. The aroma is koji. When you put it in your mouth, you get a gentle gas, koji & 🍡 a taste like the white stuff of dango. There is also a yogurt taste in the middle and latter half of the bottle. The sweetness is quite strong. The aftertaste is clean 😊Mom says it's delicious 😋.
In contrast to the Senkou Beetle 🍋 I've been drinking lately 🎯.
When it gets warm, the sweetness makes it a bit potpourri, so I prefer to drink it well chilled.

The second bottle today is Takashi's Natsumine from Aichi Prefecture 🍶.
It is lightly cloudy with some oriki precipitating 😍.
Sake with precipitated Ori makes me grin before I open it 🤣.
You can also enjoy the taste change between the supernatant and after stirring ✨.
This is truly the two-fold style of sake: ⁉️
So much for the preamble...let's open the bottle right away.
The aroma is not strong...just a hint 🤔.
Pouring it into a glass doesn't make much difference.
From the top! The top clear...it didn't say it was a draft sake, but it has a slight pithiness and a good sweetness 👌.
The supernatant is good enough... but let's see what happens when it's stirred 😁.
The second cup of the expected 🥰... yes, here it is 🥰.
The first cup had a relatively clean taste, but after stirring, the flavor increased dramatically and it was already something else (maybe an exaggeration lol) 😋.
I have loved Ko no Tsukasa since the first time I drank it, but once again I was struck by its deliciousness 🤩.
Personally, I think Ni-Utsuri and Takashi no Tsukasa are my favorites in Aichi 🤣.
Day 2: 🗒️
I drink it stirred from the beginning 😁.
The flavor increases with ⤴️... and the lactic acid taste like calpis becomes stronger and it is unstoppable 🥰.
