Asahi Hou is also a brand new to me!
This day was all about firsts!
We compared the unfiltered nama sake and the hi-ire sake.
I found the hi-ire one to be gentler and easier to drink.

Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate is brewed by Yohei Hamamura, the 7th generation brewer, with local "Nakate Shin Senbon" from Hiroshima Prefecture and our own yeast KB-1.
It has a fruity ginjo aroma, a smooth mouthfeel, and a fresh, rounded flavor of rice that spreads in the mouth. It has a good balance of acidity and sweetness.
A product typical of Hiroshima.

Discreet, slightly fresh and fruity aroma.
Slightly fruity nose.
Neutral sweetness and umami that melts into the palate.
Transparent and delicious.
Beautiful acidity.
Very well balanced.
Good sharpness.
Light and pleasant to drink.
I like it.
Ueno Uoso
The standing aroma is faintly apple + banana. The beautiful umami flavor flows smoothly and crisply, and the apple aroma passes through to the nose.
It has a dignified impression with a solid core rather than florid.

Kalasoo, why not?
So, this is my first time to drink Urin!
It's my first time, but this label is so nice... full of stylishness!
I'll have it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass!
The aroma has a slight alu flavor.
The taste is...sweet! Acid! No acidity! I like it! (Standard move)
Starting with sweetness and then refreshing from the acidity, this is delicious...it's sharp and you'll never get tired of drinking it!
I'm ashamed of myself for being a no-mark... this is good!

I drank the green one as well, since the "Red Ikaikarasu" I had before was quite tasty.
But...this one seemed to have too much of the "dry and stimulating attack" that is mentioned on the label, and I didn't like it 💦.
In terms of beer, is it like Asahi's Super Dry? (lol) I'm a Kirin guy when it comes to beer 🍻.
