I drank the green one as well, since the "Red Ikaikarasu" I had before was quite tasty. But...this one seemed to have too much of the "dry and stimulating attack" that is mentioned on the label, and I didn't like it 💦. In terms of beer, is it like Asahi's Super Dry? (lol) I'm a Kirin guy when it comes to beer 🍻.

Bottom of the bottle. Hmmm...soft mouthfeel. Slightly banana-like flavor. Smooth rice kokuuma with a rounded and complex acidity. It is delicious on its own, but you will want to have something to go with it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ This is a great old sake. This is also hot sake. It doesn't have a twinge, but smells like sesame and rice bran.

first issue I was at a liquor store in a department store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo. I was choosing sake at a department store in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, and saw a sake brewer offering tastings. I have a weakness for this kind of thing. I was asked to get a bottle of sake that represented the brewery. The orange label is beautiful. Hachitan-nishiki, just like Hiroshima. Mild aroma and strong umami. A little bit of a twinge, but still.., Slightly spicy and crisp, a great mid-meal sake. Pairs well with Thai sashimi

It is a very sharp sake. There is little sweetness and more acidity, but the overall flavor is not that strong. I tried it with oden and cheese, but it was not the best match, although it was not too much of a hindrance. It might go surprisingly well with senmaizuke (pickles)!

Sorry for the memorandum 🙏 The second drink at "SAKE Bar Yuu" was also Kabe's sake, "Asahihou". The second drink at "SAKE Bar Yuu" was also Kabe's sake, "Kyokuho" 🍶. It is said to be the only remaining brewery in Kabe. I think that local sake tastes better in a place where there is a sake brewery 😋.
