First, we were hungry after walking along the mountain road, so we decided to fill our stomachs until the all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink night, so we went to Kawaga, which we found on SNS to have delicious kamameshi and oden in the hot spring resort area. On that day, Thursday, many hot spring resorts are closed, so please be careful if you go there!

I would like to drink it with a glass of wine, but it goes well with rice cooked in a pot and oden!
Masaki Sapporo-san, good evening! Oden in Toyama is usually served with grated yam and kelp on top, and it is very delicious! The castle is a power station that can be seen from the trolley.

We had TAMAGAKU Junmai Hoshizora Nigori.
This is also a summer sake.
The aroma is mild, and the mouthfeel is smooth for a heavy nigori 😊.
It also tasted good with a meal👍.
The character of this sake is that the sake mother is pressed as it is! It is just so rich! The sweetness, umami, and acidity are all in perfect balance.
The sake has a sake strength of -55, which is a bit on the sweet side, but the acidity is also quite strong, so you can enjoy it like a white wine.

Even if there is no sweetness, the sourness is not to be missed in Tama-chan's summer sake. Aaaaaaah, Tama-Asahi in summer. I want a little more perversity. No, it is summer. This is good.
I bought it at "Toya Marche" in the station on my way back from a business trip to Toyama 😊.
