1885 2025/1 TAMAYUYU Junmai Light Nigori White Namaishu 2024BY 65% 16% 24/12 A Toyama, Toyama City, Toyama 1800 2860 The slightly light taste and the accompanying acidity were a bit unbalanced, but it became better after 3 days of drinking. It is well-balanced even when warmed to lukewarm.

In the mouth, the gorgeous aroma spreads at once, followed by sweetness and acidity, and finally the soft umami of the rice. I haven't had it in a while, but it is still delicious. I love it. This is the sake that got me hooked on sake. I was amazed at what sake can do! I thought. This is a must-try for sake lovers and even for those who don't usually drink sake.

Rich rice flavor and a mildly creamy ginjo aroma. A little chocolatey? Is it because it is rich but also refreshing? When heated, the richness becomes much stronger! It's really too delicious. My top recommendation, Tama Asahi! It's the best!

Junmai-shu (ECHOES type?) from Tama-Asahi and red wine from Domaine Beau (Nanto, Toyama) and red wine from Domaine Beau (Nanto City, Toyama Prefecture). The aroma is sweet red wine. It also has acidity and ginjo aroma, and in the middle to latter half, the rice flavor that is typical of junmai sake is noticeable. Strange and delicious.
