TAMAGAKU DESPERADO Junmai Unfiltered Nama Sake
The brewery is located in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture.
It is made from 55% polished "Yuyamanishiki" rice produced in Toyama Prefecture.
Mellow aroma, full rice flavor,
Aroma, full-bodied rice flavor, and a refreshingly juicy, crisp finish.

I have been comparing drinks 🍶-.
(1) Narimasa Yoshinshin
Mellow and deep flavor!
(2) Iwase Junmai Ginjo
This one also has umami flavor!
(3) Tamakyuu Junmai Ginjyo Namaishu BLACK
It has a nice clean and sharp taste!
It is my favorite out of the three ♡♡♡♡!
The third sake at Sushi Namba was Tama-Asahi SILVER Junmai Ginjo by Tama-Asahi Shuzo.
This was also the first time to try this sake from this brewery.
First, the aroma. I don't think I noticed much of an aroma.
In the mouth, it was the richest taste I have ever tasted.
It has a traditional sake flavor, but it also has a delicious umami taste.
The lingering aftertaste was bitter, and it was a delicious sake that went well with food.

Something caught my eye, so I attacked Toyama.
I heard it tastes like a label scam...
From the color, it already has a matured taste.
The aroma is also matured.
And the maturity is not betrayed by the aroma.
There is also a slight umami or sweetness, which I like.
The aftertaste is surprisingly smooth and smooth.
It may not be to everyone's taste, but it is delicious!

The aroma is not so great. When you put it in your mouth
It has a soft sourness at first, then sweet and sour, and is easy to drink 😋.
