ももこBusiness trip to Toyama Sake alone at a bar (Carp Doki) I ordered a local sweet sake and was served this! Raw sake with the mother of sake squeezed out! Sweet taste and fluffy sake lees! Very sake-kasu! The robust flavor of koji is delicious! The accompaniment of omakase was also very unique! Kazunoko cheese, Muscat cheese, Sakekasu butter raisins... Oh happiness!

うみHoujyu Junmai Yamabuki Compare with room temperature and warmed up. I like it, I like it, I like it, I like it, I like it. As expected of Tama Asahi. I love this kind of Tama-chan. A little old sake. At room temperature, it's like a Shaoxing sake with sugar, but when heated up, the acidity is more pronounced. Not as caramelly as my favorite Echoes, but it has a caramel taste. I love it 200 points ❤️
