Daiginjo Kinokuniya Bunzaemon "Beni
100% Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture
Polishing ratio 50%.

Daiginjo made by hand
All of the Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo is used, and the rice is polished until it reaches 35% and carefully brewed so as not to crush it. Unlike Junmai-shu and Junmai-Ginjo "Kinokuniya Bunzaemon", which have a subdued aroma and emphasize flavor and taste, this Daiginjo has a gorgeous and elegant ginjo aroma and a coherent taste that makes it easy to drink.
The eleventh cup was "Kinokuniya Bunzaemon"!
The aroma is clean and almost scentless.
The palate is clear and has the fullness of Junmai, but there is a crustacean-like flavor like prawns that has a unique presence that has never been seen before.
It has a unique presence that has never been seen before 🦐. Another drink and still prawns.
It's a flavor that I'd like to try with steamed prawns!
I'd rather have something different 😌.
Kinokuniya Bunzaemon's
Special Junmai
I don't have an image of Kainan City at all.
But if you look at the map
than I had expected.
It was on the north side of the city.
It was more north than Arita City
It was north of Arita City, which is famous for its tangerines.
That's a selfish image.
I'm sorry.
Now, what do you think of the taste?
I guess you could call it dry.
Even if you look at the label
It says "dry" on the label.
to go with a meal
Just right to drink a little
gulp!
Wakayama Souvenir
I just went to Wakayama City.
I brought back some sake from Kainan City.
It is a small bottle, so
The family of three
We drank it up quickly.
It is good for everyday drinking.
It is a junmai-shu with a gentle flavor that has a robust rice flavor and sweetness. The acidity in the umami gives it a nice body that goes down your throat and gives it a hint of fragrance.
By the way, what is Kainan City like?
By the way, what kind of place is Kainan City?
I'd like to go there. I don't know the city.
Giddyup!
For some reason, it smells very much like alcohol.
The bitterness that follows the sourness that spreads at once. Then, the umami of rice covers it. It finishes with a lingering umami taste.
I had it at room temperature, but it might be good chilled. So we put it in the refrigerator.
Purchased at the Tretrevie Village store.
It has a light flavor of traditional sake. Like Echino Kanme or something like that. When I was looking for something fruity, I didn't like the taste, but now I've come full circle and I like the sake smell. It might be good warmed up.
P.S.: Paired with chocolate, it becomes slightly sweet water. This is good!
It still has a strong, strong, alu feel to it. It is not bad for the price, but...hmmm. It is a sake like sake, so I recommend you to drink it in small doses.
