A change of pace with Tedorigawa's raw sake.
It is 14% low alcohol, and although it is different from Yoshida Kurau's Yamahai line, I think the direction is becoming clearer.

でも、これ辛口なの⁉️飲み口が良くて米の甘みと旨みがしっかり感じられます😊ところが、そこからスッキリと爽やかにキレる感じ😙なるほどだから辛口なのかな🤗
我々の中では辛口では無い🧐でもとにかく旨い！いやうんマイ😍流石は手取さんです😊
さて、土曜日は久しぶりにましだやさんへGO🚙狙いは…あまりリピートしない我々にしては珍しく毎年飲んでる😊大好きな蝉しぐれと黄昏オレンジのゲットです🤗
お店についてどれどれ〜と🧐冷蔵庫を探して…え？ない😰光栄菊は並んでるけど…そして蝉しぐれ一升瓶はあるけど😱すかさずノビィが店員さんに聞いたら…ありましたー🤗

It's a pure Dai, so the pull is beautifully elongated.

SAMURAIZ
This brand is sold exclusively at local sake stores in Tedorigawa.
It is an all-local sake brewed with Hyakumangoku No Shiro, the sake rice of Ishikawa Prefecture, and 100-year old water from the sacred mountain of Mt.
When poured into a glass, it has a strong gaseous taste with fine bubbles on the inside of the glass.
It is a modern sake with a light, light, slightly sweet, low-alcoholic taste, but it also has a bitter flavor, which goes well with the uni (sea urchin) tofu.
This one is a draft sake, but as usual, a fire-aged version should be available soon.
Personally, I prefer the more mellow taste. I am looking forward to seeing how this year turns out.

This is a sake I drank recently! I love Tetorigawa😄I couldn't drink the spring sake the other day, but I saw this one and bought it immediately!
The aroma is of apples and peaches, and although it says it is dry, it is fruity. It has a fruity aroma with a hint of apples and peaches, and when you drink it, it has a moderate sweetness and a fluffy taste. It has a sharp aftertaste with sourness and a bit of bitterness. It is not dry and sharp. The first half is modern and the second half is sharp. This is delicious 😄The balance is very good. It is best when paired with tempura of cod sprouts, which I picked for the first time this year!
