The aroma is mildly fruity. Apple-like.
The taste is "soft sweet and delicious.
The sweetness is moderately assertive, but it does not stand out badly. It is a sweet-tasting sake with a strong umami. There is almost no bitterness of the raw barley type, and the acidity is not that strong. The umami is still present, so the triangle of sweet, sour, and bitter is very beautifully formed.
In general, this sake has a high level of quality. It is indeed a sweet, acidic, and fruity strain, but it is beautifully integrated and delicious.
Please try it.
It is crisp and sweet! The acidity gives it a lightness, while the deep sweetness typical of Yamadanishiki is also present. The acidity creates a lightness, while the deep sweetness typical of Yamadanishiki is also present. The fact that it is not overly sweet and has a Tedorigawa feel to it is a masterpiece. It is a perfect balance that does not bore me and has become one of my favorite bottles.
Oh! Delicious!
Slightly fizzy?
Refreshing and refreshing with a fruity note!
Slightly sweet? Not quite banana, but melon?
A little oaky and fluffy as you continue drinking!

It is not too sweet, but has a strong umami taste, and is a wonderful sake that enlivens food.
It is easy to drink and does not leave a lingering aftertaste.
It's cold today and I'm an amateur sake drinker (lol) 😅, I'm going to try a heated Tetorigawa that I bought on a trip to Hokuriku 🎶.
In hiya, the color is amber. The aroma is clean and sweet on the palate.
When heated to human skin, the aroma is of rice. It is easy to drink and has a warm feeling in the mouth 🎶😋.
Watari-san offers a wide selection of delicious local sake from Ishikawa. I saw this one and ordered it without a second thought. I thought it might not be possible this year, but I came across it. 90% low-polished but with a clear minerality that is typical of Mr. Yoshida, who is an expert in using the sake rice Ishikawa-mon. The young brewers of this series create the concepts and design the labels.
It is tasty and has a slightly effervescent taste.
